Had what I think was a fraudulent ATM transaction in May. Starting in June (when I got my…read morestatement) I contacted the Laurel Branch then Maple Lawn when it re-opened. Was directed to fraud division which never returned calls and only sent me several notices that it was valid. I had asked Maple Lawn manager for more specifics because I'd never been to the place where the transaction was made plus I don't use my card for debit purchases. She asked a senior manager and fraud division to call me. Neither called me back, only sending one page note saying valid transaction. I even went so far as to send a letter to Bill Demchak, CEO, and no reply from his office. Obviously PNC doesn't care for me as a long-time customer. I'm cutting any more losses and moving to BB&T.

I am taking a conservative guess that the company writing the check puts a minimum of 2 million annually through that bank. Then have the stones to tell me that if I opened an account they will waive the fee! I will make the trip to my bank (RevereBank) and deposit the check. Criminal. Both Shawn McEwen and Derek McEwen are extremely RUDE! They prefer for you to upload all documents and they rather not do anything in person. Once I uploaded all my documents they claimed they did not know I had done so ( even though I emailed them that I had completed the process) the proved I had emailed them by sending them a copy of the email. Do to their unprofessionalism they did not see the email and never contacted me. I reach back out to them and they said well now the taxes will be late because you did not upload your documents. Even once I had proven I had uploaded them, my taxes still would have been late because they do not check their emails. Not only that their phone system half the time goes straight to voicemail or they do not pick up. When I told him of my disappointment they simply said oh well and took no responsibility. I would not trust these people with your personal information! FIND SOMEONE ELSE Trust me! They are UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE, and very hard to get in contact with!
