Then proceeds to ring my doorbell numerous times. Seriously? Then I call about 15 minutes later saying did you ring my doorbell? He then tells me yes the neighbors TV wasn't that loud, but they are turning it off. SO let me get this straight. Instead of texting me back or even calling he thought he would show up at my door and ring the bell to follow up. Zero judgment. Inappropriate behavior. No training. Shame on the owner who would hire someone like this. If he has poor judgement on this then safe to assume the same goes for everything else. I told him not to show up like that, but a text would have worked. Also, if it's blasting in my house then it is loud. Train your people.

Disappointing Security & Monitoring Service…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Iron Delta Security. I pay approximately $425 per month for what is supposed to be 24/7 monitoring of my home. On July 9 at approximately 1:10 a.m., while I was on vacation in Paris, three individuals attempted to enter my property by jumping over the fence and appeared to be attempting to burglarize my home. What is most disturbing is that their activity was visible across three separate security cameras, yet Iron Delta Security failed to detect or respond to the incident. A company being paid to provide 24/7 monitoring should not miss something this serious. When you are thousands of miles away from home, you depend on your security company to actually monitor and protect your property. That is exactly why I was paying a significant monthly fee. Missing three individuals attempting to enter the property completely destroyed my confidence in their monitoring service. For $425 a month, I expected reliable and attentive monitoring, especially during an event as serious as a potential burglary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Iron Delta Security to anyone looking for dependable home security and 24/7 monitoring. This was an unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience.

I had an amazing experience with Securitech!  A couple of weeks ago, my car was parked in a parking…read morelot, and someone had hit it.  Raymond, the security guard of the plaza, witnessed the incident and told the offender that she needed to leave a note.  Raymond later went back to the scene and noticed that the offender's car was gone as well as the note she had left on my dashboard.  Raymond then waited until I was back at my car and explained to me everything that happened and told me that even though the original note on my dashboard was gone, he had taken down her license plate number and car model in his own notepad and gave the information to me so that I could contact the police.  Without Raymond's extra initiative, I would have had to pay for all the damages myself.   I don't think I've ever encountered security personnel with such great quality service.   Thank you Securitech for being such a great company and hiring such great employees!

After waiting four days, I called again. I was told someone would call me back, and when they did, I was given information that directly contradicted what North Hollywood police had told me--that a police report would be sufficient. Instead, I was told I needed a separate police request. When I tried to explain the discrepancy and clarify my options, the representative cut me off and said, "Let me tell you where you have chosen not to listen," which immediately set the tone. He then claimed the cameras wouldn't be helpful due to their height and low resolution--again, the opposite of what Trader Joe's staff had told me, based on multiple recent incidents where license plates were successfully identified. As I continued asking reasonable questions, the conversation became increasingly hostile. I stated I would call back if needed, and he responded by saying I was not allowed to call again and that he would file harassment charges against me if I did, claiming it was because I had called "so many times." That is simply not true--my call log reflects that I called once, waited four days, and then called a second time. The lack of consistency, professionalism, and basic courtesy here is unacceptable. This was a straightforward request following a serious incident, and it was handled poorly from start to finish. I will say the property manager I spoke with separately was professional and helpful, but my experience with this security team was the opposite.
