I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here. Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

I originally had my elevator installed by them too, but when it stopped working and I called for service, they told me they no longer handle residential elevators -- only commercial ones now. I ended up using Executive Elevator out of Louisville, and they did a fantastic job! Super professional and easy to work with. So for anyone buying one of those homes, just keep in mind that Custom Elevator requires a yearly service agreement if you ever want them to come back out for maintenance or repairs.
