Easy access from the old parking garage that's been there forever. I need some quit claim deeds done and will call her this week to schedule another appointment with her. She is a litigator and *may* have to reschedule appointments based on her required attendance in court; however, that didn't affect my appointment. Also, I'm not sure why I have to drive the will documents back to her office when there are several secure email options that would save me the time and trouble of the trip. Due to this breakdown in communication and the loss of trust, I made the decision to close my case. While a paralegal eventually called to apologize, the underlying issues remained unaddressed. After a week I inquired about a refund and was quoted a specific amount; however, I have yet to receive the document I was billed for or an explanation as to why it has not been provided. The attorney-client relationship should be built on trust and the protection of the client's best interests. In this instance, I was billed for work I never received without any explanation. MB
