When it came to do the job, the crew was polite, clean, professional, and timely. I was worried about my three skylights being put in correctly. The crew made sure every one was put in perfectly and even asked me to verify that I liked how they looked. I am so pleased with the work and the kindness that Integrity displayed during the job. We called Integrity for a quote because a neighbor used them a few years ago and really liked their…read morework. When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.

We called for an estimate and got one scheduled at our earliest convenience. The rep cam out to…read morethe house, took measurements and wrote us a variety of quotes. One with a tear off of the original roof, one with shingles right over the existing roof and estimates with and without our outbuilding. A complete description of the shingle products followed and we were allowed to keep some of the sample colors for a few days to make sure we chose the right one. The estimates were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, they were just right. We signed the contract and scheduled the work. The crew consisted of a few hard working, courteous men who cleaned up all the debris when they were done. The roof was done quickly and looked great. We even had a chimney inspection done after the new roof was put on and everything around the chimney was in perfect condition and sealed up properly, according to the inspector. I would highly recommend them. In fact, someone from my neighborhood hired them after our roof was done and so did a co-worker. Both had commented on the high level of professionalism and the great job that they did.

Our window started leaking after the other contractor finished the siding project. When we tried to contact the other contractor, he would not return our many calls, texts, or emails. We tried to contact a couple other companies (including the company that originally installed our windows) for help, but no one wanted to get involved or would help us because they did not want to be liable for the other contractor's work. Shaun Murphy (owner of Murphy's Exterior Construction) just happened to be working on a project at our neighbor's house during this same time period. We asked him to come over to look at the work that was completed on our house and he immediately started pointing out significant issues with the way the siding was installed. He also immediately reassured us that he would help us and would complete any necessary repairs. Shaun had to come up with a unique way to fix our windows to prevent future damage, since the other contractor had done such a horrible job and had ruined all the trim around our windows. Shaun repaired all the issues with our house shortly thereafter, which avoided significant damage that would have happened to our house had these repairs not been completed. He is very reliable and does amazing work. He even agreed to help us when we told him that we may need him to testify on our behalf against the other contractor in a lawsuit.
