A crew arrived at 7 A.M. and the work was completed by 6:00 P.M. We had some moldy plywood sheathing that was discovered upon removal of the shingles and they replaced them with HUD UM-40 APA 24/16 rated sheathing that exceeds code requirements for residential construction. The Atlas shingles that were installed look absolutely fantastic. Upon completion of the work, all debris was removed. We feel the work was exceptionally good and a supervisor shared images of the complete process undertaken that required 13 hours of labor. We have nothing but praise for what we experienced and for what we see as our new roof. The view from the street it's testimonial to work well done !

Semper Fi was founded by former Marines, which I support, but I think they have forgotten what their name represents somewhere along the way, and that makes me sad. I eventually settled on Buck Remodeling as they could get out to the location quickly- as in day or days, instead or weeks or month. The price was $1,000 to patch the roof in an emergency fashion and I was more than happy with the results.
