They spent three days tirelessly working on each set up, and made sure the sound and quality was properly balanced. They consistently arrived on time, proactively communicated with me throughout, clearly explained the work effort and the challenges, offered great knowledge of the AV products, cleaned up well, and presented a thorough invoice. Not one word of follow-up after a week of entreaties. They will not return calls or emails, and neither will their supposed insurance company, Hiscox (check their reviews too, HAHA). I'm out $3K. Don't let this happen to you. Pay for licensed, insured, non-criminal help. DO NOT ENGAGE.
