First off we go to deposit a check 2 weeks ago and their computer system was down. So we gave them the information to open the account when there system comes back up after the weekend.. Then we were told we would be able to deposit our deposit through mobile banking. Then every expense I make their system Denys it even though the one they were worried about I answered the text indicating it was a valid expense. Next a relative sent me check to assist with expenses and I endorsed the back for deposit to First National Bank of Central Texas. An hour later they left a message for my husband to pick up the check and deposit it at Wells Fargo our other bank for over 20 years. Be very careful before having a banking relationship with The First National Bank of Central Texas.

One of the dumbest things I found out about well Fargo Bank is they ask you your DOB, your account…read morenumber, your last 4 of your SSN , but they can't tell you when your account was open, to me my last 4 of the SSN, my DOB, my DL number and my account number is more important than telling me when I open my account number over the phone after I give you some of the most important information over the phone, that just don't make sense, well Fargo says I have to come in the bank before to get the information, one of the dumbest things I've heard from a bank and I'm very disappointed in well Fargo Bank in Waco TX about the response from them for not being able to tell me a simple question after I've given out some of my value Information, well Fargo your priorities are missed up but that's just my opinion.

Spent 48 minutes trying to get through on the phone. They actually picked up and hung up and then wouldn't answer. I had to call a different branch location just to get holiday operating hours. Truly lazy or uncaring empties at the location on Franklin.
