I followed up about a week later to learn that I no longer had homeowners insurance, and there was nothing they could do about it because it was a Friday afternoon. I wish I would have received a phone call, a letter, a follow up email...SOMETHING from GLIIA confirming I knew that I was now without coverage. As of right now I have still not heard from my agent or anyone at the GLIIA office, which I suppose means I'm shopping for new insurance. Avoid at all costs.
