Just talk to your lawyer. Not helpful. The manager thinks she's a doctor and can determine a persons mental condition by whether they speak or not. Not sure how this works. i might not talk if I don't want to. That doesn't mean I don't have all my faculties. I would pick a different branch to go to if I were you. Very negative experience!

Really terrible business at this particular location of BOA…read more They arent good about opening on time with the hours listed on their door. I've had to wait a few minutes after they were supposed to open before someone finally unlocked the door. Then their ATM machines don't work correctly too often, in my opinion. Their parking lot is tiny and hardly any room for parking. And they have only one way to enter which is highly inconvenient. So, if one ATM isn't working, in order to get to the other ATM, you have to circle around, get back on the access road and wait for car after car after car to pass before finally having an opportunity to get back into the lot. They leave their green light on with their blinds open when the business is closed. This has happened more than once. Their customer service is poor and they seem to be short handed often which makes the lines go slllooowww. Surprises the heck out of me that this location is still open. Makes me wonder if all BOA's are like this. They close at 5:00 on a few days then 4:30 on others which doesn't give any time for people who get off work at 5:00. Like, dadgum, at least stay open until 6:00 like First United Bank. I have a savings account with FUB and they are exemplary in customer service, decent hours, not understaffed, and their parking lot has no issues. I'm highly thinking of emptying my account at BOA and opening a checking with FUB. Tempted to drop BOA all together if this is the best service they can provide. Forced to give one star but if left up to me they'd get ZERO for this location.
