Do not use this agent... they have no clue what they are doing! Wrote an auto policy for me and…read morethen took premium payment. Then when I cancelled they had me sign a cancellation request with a specific date of cancellation. Then, I get a notice that the policy was never properly set up and the cancellation occurred a week AFTER my official cancellation notice and I owe an additional $38.. a bunch of incompetent idiots.... Then You need to go talk to Dave or Dee at Morse Insurance in Roy. They work with multiple insurance companies to best shop your needs around to get you what you need. I have been using these guys for several years and anytime I have a question or need Dave always handles it promptly and never try's to sell or upgrade me to something I don't need or want! Until you ever have to submit a claim to your insurance and get the run around because no one at that company cares then you won't understand the importance of having someone who is looking out for you in your corner. and hey I can go sit down and talk to them face to face!
