(Fidelity 1st Funding) Fidelity First Funding, Inc. is in Utah only. We don't even have an employee with that name being referred to. Please double check your facts before a rotten review is written. This company is very honest and does a great business here in Utah. We have many repeat customers and offer the best rates and friendly service. We have been in business for 20+ years. It is Oct 9th and I was just told by Ralph (not Manny who never responded to my emails or phone calls) that the numbers won't work and I cannot get a 2nd mortgage. Manny NEVER responded to my calls or emails and did not process my application - if he had done he would have told me what Ralph told me almost 3 months later. Manny never, ever indicated this application would not go through. He did not tell me where we where in the process. He did not ask for any further documentation. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this company. Manny said 20 times he would get back to me and NEVER DID. I never received ONE response by email or text or phone. Don't waste your time with these people.

I cancelled with Jason on December 10, 2014. I noted in my records the day and time of our conversation. He said he would take care of cancelling my auto insurance policy. Months later I find that they have still been taking money out. Okay, 'no big deal,' I thought. I would just call them up and get the money refunded. Well, he said that he could only give me back money for the last 30 days! He also said that there was absolutely nothing he could do. Then he had the nerve to ask me, "Why didn't you notice that we were stealing from you sooner?" (not the exact words of course). This is unacceptable service. If I had made a mistake like that I would have refunded the person with my own pocket if I had to, but I guess to each his own. They were okay for a long time but I would highly recommend going somewhere else after this problem.

Received a notice from the insurance company that my policy would not be renued. Contacted Heiner's and was told I would be notified by the agent. Nothing, contact them again, Nothing, was told my agent will call within the week. Nothing. They did nothing. Never called back, any time I called I got the runaround. Contacted another insurance company and they wrote the policy with the same company I had before. Heiner's left me hanging. I will never trust them. If you use them GOOD LUCK!
