I cannot recommend this company. Had an extension and provided docs in early September. A lower level employee other than who I submitted everything to worked on them. I provided notes for some local things that were not heeded. They also made a decision without my approval to apply a refund to the next year's taxes instead of having the money refunded now. Took them to task for the poor service, and then they refused to finish the filing wasting over 2 weeks of time with the deadline approaching. I have fired this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. They were told they would have bigger problems over this, which they responded to by threatening to file a police report (a report for what exactly, I don't know). I'm not sure how they treat their other clients, but I had an extremely bad experience. read more
