An overwhelming number of our owners have become extremely frustrated with the Valezs' and dismayed by the unprofessionalism and lack of concern shown by this management company. Jorge has been particularly condescending and bullyish to our single female owners and is often unresponsive, indifferent and neglectful in helping to resolve both individual and community issues . He has no financial sense and recently encouraged an unnecessary and costly project that has turned into a literal disaster. Jorge is profoundly incompetent as an advisor to the board and often withholds owner's concerns from them . He has told single women blatantly wrong information about how and what needs fixing instead of contacting professionals who would know the correct answer . He is very ineffective and cowardly when dealing with contractors and has demonstrated no skill or confidence in holding them accountable for quality of service in both maintenance or special projects. We are in the process of replacing this company as their negligent and incompetent management has had dire consequences to the HOA finances and the morale of our community .
