I can only rate the service as we decided to go with a design which they could not copy from…read moreanother jeweler. To get in, you must ring a bell and someone will open the door for you and escort you to your own "jewelry table" and consultant. Everyone is very friendly and everything you want to look at is laid out in front of you on the table that you are seated at. The chairs are comfortable, the staff is amazingly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The next time I buy "an investment" piece of jewelry, I will buy it from them.
