Zunächst wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass nur eine Person den Perlenschmuck schätzen kann, und diese war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs nicht anwesend. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis jemand kam, der dann eher weniger Interesse in der Bewertung der Stücke hatte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn im Vorfeld klarer kommuniziert würde, dass man aktuell keine Kaufangebote machen möchte, anstatt durch einen Katalog zu blättern und uns lediglich Einkaufspreise zu nennen. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Perlenschmuck wenig wertschätzend behandelt, obwohl wir die gleichen Stücke auch in den Vitrinen zum Verkauf gesehen haben. Der Service, sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich, war leider wenig freundlich. Wir können diesen Goldankauf daher nicht empfehlen.

Love the big store in Stuttgart. They have all the big or high end brand names in the first floor…read morefrom Hermès to Valentino. Only missing Channel and Louis V . Their Hermès store is small but they carry shoes. Gucci and Prada store are good so e There are 4 floors and the top floor floor hold Karl's kitchen , housewares and luggages like Rinowa , Porsche and Tumi. They carry Ted Baker, Sandro, Herno, Bogner, Add, Tory Burch , Tod's, Chloe etc. Love shopping in German malls. Even if it's cold outside and snowy, the malls are always warm and cozy that you don't need a jacket inside. Most people leave their jackets in the car and walk around the mall like its summer weather outside. Parking is across the street so you have to go through the underpass. The restrooms are in the 4th floor next to towel and bath area section. I will definitely come back to shop in my BFF stores. Trust!!!
