She is the absolute best in assisting scheduling my appts with my psychiatrist - Dr. Massey. If you forget to make it, she'll make sure you are scheduled so you don't run out of meds. She is very flexible if you miss the call too and that helps make sure ai received the best care. Brooklyn Center should hire more employees like her. When I got there she read to me from what was clearly someone else's message, saying so this is why you're here. I said that is not my story, you must have me mixed up with someone else. I suppose anyone could make that mistake, but she doubled down and insisted it was me. Then later, she asked me about my experience living in another country. I said, again, that isn't me, I never lived in that country--and she insisted again, that I'd had these experiences that weren't mine at all. I felt like I'd walked into a Stephen King story in which a therapist tries to implant a patient with some kind of alternative memory. Avoid her if you value your own sense of self!
