I highly recommend Alvis Electrical. Last Thursday our meter box and breaker panel went out. My family was without power, and everyone we called said we would would need to wait at least a week until someone could come out. I one company offered to come out on Monday for $375 an hour. We called Alvis and he personally came over in his way home from another job to see if he could help us out. He was able to quote us that night and apply for the permit so we wouldn't have to wait until Monday for power. He then made calls to clients and moved things around so that someone could come help us. The next day they were here right on time. We ended up needing more done than we had hoped. Instead of an easy job that would take a few hours it ended up being a bit more time consuming. They cancelled their plans and stayed until the job was done. The bill was much less than expected, and much much less than any other quote. These are local, trustworthy guys with families, and I'm glad to do business with them. I've never written a review in my life until now, and I've wrote two for these guys. You will not be disappointed with Alvis Electrical. read more

Alvis Miller was terrific to work with. We received our new Tesla without having a means to charge it. Of the services recommended by Tesla to install a charging station, we found that at least two of them are companies that plan the work and then farm out the work to someone local. Customer service was awful. Alvis returned my request for information promptly and we scheduled a meeting for the next day. Two weeks later the charging station was installed. Alvis and his apprentice did all the work. He is competent and very knowledgable. I recommend him without reservation for installing a charging station or for any other electrical work needing to be done. read more

What can I say!? Alvis and his team are amazing! I had a Tesla wall charger installed at my residence for the first time. From the first call Alvis was communicative, friendly and honest. I was so happy that I called these guys. They were able to get me on the schedule the next day. The power had went out in half of my house and Derrick was able to asses and fix the issue within two hours of his arrival. I was so happy with the bill I recieved, it was only $300. We purchased a home in Washougal and it had some electrical problems that I couldn't fix. Alvis came out, on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and within an hour he had it take care of, and was able to do some preventative work to avoid some future problems as well.
