Painting a bathroom, master bedroom add spindles to an interior railing and install a deck gate. The painting was awful! drips all over the newly installed floors, all over bathroom fixtures over painting on trim and a newly painted vanity. The bedroom was awful. they used the same paint finish, semi gloss as in the bathroom. missed multiple edges and corners. left all the window fixings just thrown on the bed. sloppy! there was a full wall in the hallway they didn't even complete. sent a design for the spindles. did not follow the design and the line was all uneven had they not follow the design make the spindles uniform. didn't do that either. the swing gate did not follow the deck design. the capping on the swing gate was not competed and the spindles are exposed leaving a hazard if someone fell into the gate. after 3 days of the invoice date with one of the days being a holiday, the company added a $200 late fee. I communicated with the office / scheduling person who claimed to be one of three owners. The company had zero interest in resolving my issues, they badgered me for full payment. the owner I dealt with sent text messages referencing no interest to resolve and just be paid through the office manager who forwarded me to show they wanted t. the other owner who did the work texted demanding payment 3 days after invoiced and after I made a 75% payment amount. I would conclude this review by saying I highly recommend you avoid using this company. awful craftsmanship, horrible communication and zero customer service. if you do elect to give them a try. Structure pay at time of completion terms, inspect the work and make sure every T&C is covered in your scope of work. I will never use this company again will share my experience with home owners alike in the Pocono Pa market.
