So at the beginning of the month May 3rd, I picked up some cookies from a pick your own mix match…read morebin, at the local grocery store. They were rancid. I tried to return them. The lines were busy so I went to the office where the door was open. I told the young girl there what had happened. She told me they had just changed out the bins. I got my cookies late the evening before and this was the next morning. Instead of saying oh I'm so sorry let me help you She laughed at me. I pitch the bag of cookies underhand onto the floor and left. This is the response I got today May 23rd, to the message I sent back on the 4th. Barbara, First and foremost, we apologize your cookies didn't taste good. When you tried to 'return' them, you threw them into the office at the girl...our cameras saw that. We would have been more then happy to help you but it's hard to help a customer when they don't want to be helped. We understand the cookies could have tasted bad and would have offered you a full refund. Obviously, we still can, but remember, kindness goes a long way. Looking at all your Facebook posts it appears to me you don't like shopping at our store to begin with so I doubt anything we can do for you in the future would make you happy. If you would prefer we mail you a refund please provide an address. Thank you.. So very professional don't you think. I told her it wasn't about the 2 dollars it was about the service. She blocked me from messenger. Go ahead and tell me it was a place that you would want to visit or spend your money in. I've always been all about buying local and supporting local businesses. But I do expect simple courtesy.

I hope they stay in business no it's not as big as Walmart and that's a good thing for me. I bring my little service dog in there and the people are nice it's a small grocery store but it's you can get what you need when I'm in Bloomer I shop there
