I wouldn't settle for that amount, so they said they would sue in Circuit Court but they would have to serve the driver. To date, that hasn't been done, so almost a year and a half after the accident, I'm in the same position I was in on the following day, except I'll have to give a 3rd of the settlement to Gaudreau for doing next to nothing and another $6,000 to the doc/physical therapy office they recommended.
