Jason is a very direct and right to the point attorney who will help his clients because he cares. His personality is tough and he wants to make sure he represents his clients and the families the best he can. That is what an attorney is supposed to do by the way. Zealously represent their clients. Unfortunately there are many who do not which can and will cause disastrous, permanent results that will negatively impact the rest of your life, as well as your children. If your case isn't handled properly the FIRST time, good luck trying to fix it in the future which is exactly where I am at. If you want an attorney who is tough and gets the job done, you need to give Jason a call. Women - if you are going through domestic violence, there aren't very many attorneys in Stark County who will even discuss that subject with you or take it seriously. On 9/16/21, I filled out confidential paper work at a healthcare providers office (follow up to my injury) that indicated Ms Pitinii (as well as another lawyer) had severely neglected to do their jobs (previously, I had been leaving paperwork blank-or the staff at was filling in the answers with whatever they felt like entering into their computer) on 9/24 (1 week later) Ms. Pitinii (who was aware I had no income) as well as was made aware by not just me, but my ex husband that the environment in my situation, incredibly unsafe, yet she decided to take it upon herself to "legally retaliate" against me for writing down THE TRUTH on my (not so) confidential paperwork at the healthcare providers office. This is why many people have little to no faith left in the justice system, let alone humanity. Ms. Pitinii deserves to be disbarred after her gross misconduct and abuse of power.

At first they were very supportive and quick to answer any questions I had regarding my accident. Suddenly, I was being bounced from one attorney to another (5 different lawyers and 6 paralegals in total) After being unable to contact my then 3rd attorney and paralegal, I was told by a secretary that they both had left the firm, and someone else would be handling my case. I was told that the firm would never take more money than their client, and that they would do their best to recover all losses that I had suffered including holding the responsible party accountable for my medical bills; all of which was untrue. They recommended that I go on Medicaid and try to have them pay my medical bills. They were sent itemized lists of my bills that they promised to negotiate; they failed to accomplish that. When it was all said and done, they took more than I did, failed to negotiate numerous bills that I ultimately paid out of pocket, and to this day are still holding thousands of dollars of my payout that they refuse to send. At the end of the day, I paid to be injured by a minor driver. This firm is only interested in settling for a quick 1/3 of the insurance payout...nothing more.

O'Byrne claims that his client was lying to him and that he was not behaving appropriately in court. Therefore, his client was to sit and wait until he was ready to deal with him. He then motioned to the court to push back the pretrial hearing without the consent of the client. The client learned after the motion was done and over with. Until today, O'Byrne has not visited his client nor called him to go over the case. It has been six weeks. Finally O'Byrne gets in touch and says he can sit in jail for all I care and he is not taking the case to trial. When court is taking place in about 2 weeks or less. So now it is a process of finding a new lawyer and getting money return all before the next hearing. If Mr. O'Byrne would have let his client know long before today, there wouldn't be such a rush and scrambling. More time wasted and more money going down the drain. Mr. O'Byrne is not an attorney for someone against a DA. He is more focused on doing as little work as possible that he can get away with. He also appears to be more aligned with the court judges and district attorney's than with the client that he is representing.
