The studio itself is absolutely beautiful and I loved how the rooms were set up. Mission Fitness offers a variety of workout methods that involve TRX, Barre, Pilates, Row, Yoga, and they even have open gym. If you go to their website, they offer descriptions of all the different classes offered that fall into these categories of workouts. Super informative and helpful when deciding on which class to try! Since rowing classes are my new obsession, I was super excited to try a class at Mission Fitness. Mission Fitness offers a special to try your first class for free, so I decided to try a Saturday morning Core Row class taught by Rachel. I've taken a ton of rowing classes, but this was my first class on a WaterRower. The machines were gorgeous and fun to row on! For the Core Row class, we spent the first part of the class on the rower, the second part on mats working on our core, and got back on the rowers for the third part of class. Rachel was great at keeping everyone energized, motivated, and smiling throughout the workout. We even split the class into two groups and had a fun competition at the end of the class. Team Cab vs. Team Merlot (Go team Cab!) So glad I went to this class, and I definitely look forward to trying other classes from Mission Fitness in the future!

She also has other yoga shops/classes that are held there. We always had a good time at the studio, she makes you feel comfortable there, as do the other instructors (BJ-pilates) and other members. It basically is specific diff virtual workouts all in a 125degree hot dry sauna. Crazy but why not? They offer a free session for first timers. So we went and spoke with Shelby who was very informative and super nice. She showed us all the plans and all the facilities. Besides having something like 10 hot saunas where up to 3 people can do a workout like Pilates, yoga, cycling, or rowing, there is also a small space with brand new weights and iso machines to complement the whole workout. We signed up, bought our towels and mats and did a 30min yoga workout. Detoxification at its hottest! So hot. So sweaty but it felt good. I highly recommend trying it!
