So like, y'all know how when Scarface was making a killing and people were hating on him? Yea, I always go through this. Sometimes my eco-friendly pharmaceutical business is not allowed in most motels and hotels, and I think it may be because of my tattoos, or they're just jealous that I'm chasing a million (unsure). Budget Suites? They don't care what I do when I am there. Look, just because I get about 200-250 visitors a night, is no reason to jump the gun as the big chains do. I found I can slip the concierge a fiddy dollar bill and they're good to go. Now, I know when you come by, y'all might even see Johnny Law creeping trying to take pictures of me for their Instagram page(s) - they're fans. Think about the positive side :) More police presence means more protection no? Now, I heard other complain about things like drug paraphernalia, "date nights" where girls have too many dates. I can assure you, I've never seen any of this so don't believe the hype. Besides if a woman is having about 5-30 dates a night, maybe she has that bomb fire taco or something unsure. All I know is that this is my home away from home. PROS There's always a room here Right off the highway for easy access Johnny Law takes pictures of you for social media Police presence is constant so you're safe Women with bomb fire tacos No drug paraphernalia ever No used condoms anywhere ever CONS There are only 7 days in a week to stay here.

I wasn't concerned because these type of issues do happen from time to time. When we got to our room on the sixth floor we were happy to see the whole floor was already updated and WOW it was so beautiful and very updated. The room was extremely clean and you could tell that housekeeping take great pride in their work. We have been to a great deal of hotels and condos throughout the United States and we were happy with our stay and the location was very convenient for all the things we had planned for the short stay. I also really liked the art work in our room. I looked everywhere to see where I could purchase the art but unfortunately came up with nothing so the search will continue. I hope management will let all their employees know how much we appreciate all the hard work they did and we plan to come back again and excited to see what it looks like once its finished. Thank you for the great time crossing fingers I can find out what company makes the picture that was in our room.

We made a mistake when booking and accidentally went through Priceline instead of booking directly with the hotel. It quickly became clear that we might be out the money we had already paid, which was frustrating to say the least. That's when Assistant Manager Rolando Guitterrez stepped in. Instead of giving us a quick "nothing we can do," he took extra time to really look into the situation. He worked through the details, explored options, and ultimately found a way to help us so we didn't lose that money. That kind of effort and genuine concern is something you just don't see often anymore. What really impressed us was that even after going above and beyond to fix our issue, he still offered us a complimentary room upgrade at no additional cost. That level of customer service speaks volumes about both him and the hotel. Beyond that, the property itself was extremely clean--from the lobby to the hallways, rooms, and pool area--and every employee we interacted with was overly friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. If you're staying in the Lewisville area, this is the place to go.

Flat screen TV with a good selection of channels. The free breakfast is standard TownePlace Suites breakfast. A few hot options. Lots of cereals and yogurts. And they have a waffle maker. Oh yum. Even a big difference from the hallway to the entry of the room itself. Air barely coming out of the vents. Gave it some time, figured it may have sat for a while with nothing running and the suite needed time to cool off. But even after an evening out it never seemed to cool off. Notified the front desk and they said they would have someone check the AC the next day, but in the meantime they gave us one box fan for a two bedroom suite. Suffered through a hot summer night in Texas July heat with barely any A/C. Said they didn't have any other rooms available for the time being either. So the next day comes, we close up all the windows and pray the heat stays out. Come back after a day out and after they "checked" to see if it was working properly, and the room was the same. Hot and muggy. And the response we got was "well we don't recommend booking the top floor when the weather gets hot like this." You think I chose what floor I was going to be on? Or that your establishment doesn't have a powerful enough air conditioning unit to provide relief in the very well known HOT state of Texas??? That's frustration number one. This mornings breakfast was less than superb. We came down an hour before breakfast finished and everything was empty. One of our main points in picking a hotel is a nice hot breakfast and that's what they advertise. The only thing they had left was the waffle machine we had to tip on its side to get enough batter out for two waffles. The sausage was cold and stale which we didn't understand because it's served in a hot container. Every other pan empty and it wasn't busy. Maybe two other couples. They finally restocked prepackaged croissant sandwiches (think Jimmy Dean) and pre packaged egg patties with spinach. Which were still cold. We ended up taking the kids to McDonald's so they could actually eat. That was frustration number two. Now as I lay here typing this we have no a/c and so we sat down in front of our one box fan to watch tv and none of the three tv's we have in this suite have working WiFi Called the front desk and they said "oh ya it's out for the whole building" No A/C - No breakfast - No TV/Wifi..... What I'm really starting to regret is we booked for the whole week. So far NOT so good

The layout of the room has several nice but not very functional / practical aspects. For example, the bathroom have sliding doors with frosted doors which means any light just floods into the rest of the room, so good luck trying to use the restroom without waking everyone else up with the light that goes through the whole room and not the bathroom. smh. Also one of our sliding doors just stays open and is near impossible to close unless you're inside and lock it. The TV is placed in the middle of the room in front of the desk partition, so if you're in one of the beds, it's way over to your right and if you're on the couch, you're still watching it from an angle. IOW, no one has a good view. The downstairs lobby is nice, and we did get takeout and eat down there. The 24 hr gym is small and seems to have the basics. We also went to the pool which is small but enough for my 5 yo. Deepest is 4ft 6in, so any adult could walk around easily. Only 2 tables and a few sunbathing chairs out though, so can only accommodate 2 -3 families max. Two elevators available for the 6 floors but 1 was out of order when we were there so we often had to wait for a while, which isn't great when you have a kid who says they need to pee right now! Sigh. Overall, it's nice but the room layout is not great for us. I'd probably pick somewhere else.
