He was very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment; and while treating me he continued to explain the various causes, treatments, and methods of prevention in an easily-digestible, knowledgeable, and respectful manner. However I received an additional bill from them for around 900$ . I was a Chiropractic claims analyst. Didn't feel right. Staff said they had forgotten to have me sign a paper for paying these charges. These are charges that Medicare didn't cover. . Sounds strange. Providers I think are to accept what Medicare and supplements pay. .i dont derstand the need for another $900 dollars from me? When I started questioning they said to ignore it and since I didn't sign it I didn't have to pay. Wonderful chiropractor and staff. but after initial visits average time was 5-8 minutes per visit . Very effective treatment but no patient privacy and felt like I was in an assembly line. His care was great but not going back. Other chiropractors don't give u a separate bill to pay what Medicare didn't. Almost an extra $1000??? I'm not saying he's doing anything wrong. The hippa yes. But if I was still a nurse claims analyst I'd be digging a lot deeper.

Which is often the case with American healthcare. No one knows or they don't want to scare you away. It's all about the provider wanting your money instead of anyone else. My surgeon said my surgery "should" be covered under my insurance. So i guess we will see. The nurses and doctors and anesthesiologists were all exceptional. I hate pain, and they made the whole process quick, and smooth as posssible. I would definitely recommend everyone and the whole staff. My second complaint was that they seemed to be rushing me out after being on anesthesia (maybe because they seemed to want my bed and room) because they tried sitting me up without eating or drinking anything and i felt very dizzy and weak headed. They laid me back down and after giving me something to drink and eat, tried again and I felt much better. I'd still recommend them as they all did a great job. Hard to find in the healthcare system these days.

A friend highly recommended Rock Valley and Kala. She has made a world of difference!! She spends my entire appointment with me, she doesn't work on other patients or her computer. And each visit is different. She plans all the exercises for what I need, not just the old stand by that everyone with a shoulder surgery should do (which is what was wrong with the last office). I would be happy to see anyone in this office. I would love to never need a PT office again but when I do, I will without a doubt be back.
