My therapist/trainer and the de facto team leader of this facility, Lucas was right by my side every step of the way with helpful advise and a slow, steady and consistent approach that got me moving functionally again without pushing me too hard as to re aggravate my injury. I got to know the whole staff while I was there and I can assure you their positive attitudes are contagious! I really enjoyed getting to know all therapists and assistant trainers at this location. I had a chance to work with Troy, Amy, Madison, Nicole at one point or another and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful! Karen and Kayla at the office/front desk always made billing and scheduling a breeze. Convenient location just a half block off of Del Prado in central Cape Coral with plenty of safe parking for my nice truck in a private lot exclusively for APT clients. I understand life happens and things come up and life happens, however I have had 6+ appointments that I waited 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointment. I do work and my time is just as valuable as theirs. It has cost me lost of income due to lack of punctuality from the practice. If the practice knows the Dr. is running 35+ minutes behind a cursory phone call or message should be mandatory. I suggest that instead of booking as many 15 minute appointments as you can that you would choose quality instead of quantity. I don't recommend this practice if you value yourself and your time.

I did call both days I had to miss but apparently they still considered it a no show. I find this is a harsh policy. I couldn't help getting sick and it was definitely unexpected situation. (If I was in a bad car accident and canceled a couple of sessions they would consider that a NO SHOW??) Again, I did CALL each time to let them know I was sick.
