Have a two sessions here everyone is so amazing and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Zach (Victor). I was diagnosed with arthritis last year neck to hips and immense pain. The front office sucks. I rehabbed here before and would like to see the same physical therapist but the front office won't schedule me despite my ability to guarantee payment. The physical therapists are knowledgeable and kind but the scheduling office needs a lot of improvement. I had an order for four weeks eight visits. Instead of scheduling the visits all at once(so I could do all eight visits in the four weeks) they scheduled me for an appoint me here and there. Then before my 4th appointment they called and said I needed a new order as the four weeks from first appointment was up. Even though I had not had my eight appointments. I'm not sure if this is how physical therapy is supposed to work, but I waited in some really uncomfortable chairs for half an hour for the appointment. When I was seen, there was a quick evaluation and I was given an exercise. The therapist didn't stay with me. I did the exercise and waited 10 minutes and a different person came back and showed me to a pedal machine and waited another 10-15 minutes until I got someone. They had forgotten about me. Then they hooked me up to some electronic pulse device and turned it up too high! I never went back. I've since had total knee replacement and no longer need to depend on a referral. With all the great options out there, why would I go to a place that feels like an assembly line? read more

Called Peachwood on an Optum referral for back pain. The girl who answered then phone seemed to have to put me on hold to answer questions. I just needed an appointment. She said she had to run my insurance; I told her I'd pay cash, if needed. In any case, she asked for my insurance card and said she get back to me for clearance. I never received a call back. I went for acupuncture instead! So if you're in pain, hope you have time to wait for a call back, if it comes. read more

Patty Apodaca and her assistant CeCe changed my life. I suffered through excruciating hip pain for years in the wake of a labral tear repair surgery. I was bounced around from one physical therapist to another, and believe me, I have seen the best and the worst of the profession. By the time I saw Patty, she was my 8th physical therapist for the issue. I could not put on my own shoe or even walk to the end of the street. The pain was 24/7. It never subsided. Patty and CeCe made me feel that there was hope and that we could work together as a team to improve my quality of life. It was Patty's expertise that led me back to the doctor to request an x-ray that revealed the true extent of my issues and the need for a total hip replacement. With the help of Patty and CeCe, I was able to build enough strength prior to the surgery that my recovery has been remarkable. Today I am pain free, can walk more than a mile, and am continuing to get stronger every day. The T-shirt on display in the front window says "Create Change". If you are ready to get to work and create the change you seek in your health, Patty, CeCe, and the crew in this office are the people you want on your team. I was enjoying getting the PT on my right hand and arm here but they sure must not needed my business even though they never looked busy. I couldn't get approved by insurance for more than my initial 8 sessions without them sending report of those 8 sessions to my insurance to show that it was helpful and I was improving. I repeatedly tried asking them to send it. They apparently could only find the notes from the same 3 sessions they kept sending my insurance. They seemed to have lost the notes from the other 5 sessions and so my PT with them came to an end. I believe this is because I was juggled between several different people over the 8 times. I thought that the first person was rough so I asked to switch. I liked the second person but then he took some time off for paternity leave. I saw a third person who was okay. After 8 sessions they submitted notes for 3 to insurance - very very sloppy with the paperwork. I didn't know that this would happen. I just enjoyed the experience while it lasted because it was helping. But you would think that they would know how to do their own paperwork to keep their patients around. No wonder it was always half empty in there. I think they had therapists sitting around with no clients. Now I know why. read more

I have been taking physical therapy at Peachwood for last few weeks for my knee surgery. Their facility is well equipped. Their staff is very friendly and very helping. My therapist Susan is just awesome. She designed a perfect program for me and I have seen remarkable improvement in my leg movement and knee pain. I've had two separate physical issues. Shoulder and knees. I was lucky to have been referred to Select PT on Glendora. My therapist Patty Apodaca is magic. She has given me incredible results. Her staff, including front end staff, Nicole, Joanna and Melanie are so welcoming and helpful with co-pays and appointments. The aides that have helped me include Carina, Wendy, Matt, CeCe have taken such good care of me. Their caring and family atmosphere have helped me get well and eventually discharged. The best therapist I had there graduated from the program. I really liked him, he was really good, and I was really sad. Bye Suchri! I wish you the best! The guy who was in charge of the place, Frank, might be a good physical therapist, but between teasing me too much and telling me my church (which I loved and sang at professionally) was nothing compared to his Mormon church, he forgot to make good notes. I feel like I could have recovered more if I had been given more exercises for an event which injured multiple body parts. Dude, not only do I not want to go to your church, you're a really bad example of how great it is if your notes don't reflect the kingdom. When I say "might be" a good therapist, it's my opinion that he wasn't. He didn't give me enough exercises to improve as much as I could have, and didn't remediate or send the billing out properly noting when I overdid it trying to engage in some normal activities cleaning the house and packing some boxes. As a result of that, the insurance company considered it "maintenance." Not only that, they completely messed up the reports. Thye treated me for more body parts than they wrote in their reports. All medical reports are actually medical-legal reports and when they make mistakes, there may be far-reaching consequences. As a result of their gaffes, I have dropped them to the lowest possible number of stars than is allowed. They gave exercises but didn't include anything in the report. What gives? At least I saved that. I'm learning that most docs and therapists are lax about notes and reports and you have to look over their shoulders. read more

I have been going to Peachwood only for three weeks, but every time I have gone the staff has been friendly, very concerned with my health, informative, and extremely professional. They answer my questions and don't seemed rushed or anxious to move on to their next patient. I have only one concern and that is that Peachwood is so good it is hard to get an appointment with my therapist! I actually blame that on my insurance because it took them so long to approve my future visits that by the time they did, she was booked. I HIGHLY recommend Peachwood Physical Therapy! I was completely impressed with the entire facility. They are ALL very professional and committed to the patients recovery. The room is very large, organized ....clean...and the equipment is well maintained. There is comradery amongst the staff and is passed onto the clients (patients). I felt very welcome from the first day...until my last (I just completed treatment and am very happy with my results!) Patty, the facility Director is well respected by her staff and very hands on with the business and the patient concerns. I was fortunate to have her as my Physical Therapist. She was extremely thorough yet not too busy to take the time to ensure her Intern (Derek) was learning , involved and eventually taking on his own patients from start to finish! While getting treatment; I would also overhear other patients commenting on the other 2 Therapists...with equal compliments when it was their last day. You hear phrases like: " Work your magic Lauren"....or "Patty knows how to fix me"!...and so on. The "Aides", which is the staff...are incredibly helpful and friendly. Several of the Aids are also attending school so they soon will be Therapists! While one Aide may be assigned to you (for the visit); they all pitch in and tend to you if you need anything....teamwork! There is always "a buzz" in the room. The energy level is very uplifting. I saw elderly, teenagers, special needs, grumpy and high spirited patients...ALL were treated the same; with professionalism and sincere dedication to their well being. The front desk does everything in their power to get the appointment you desire (they are open early until late in the evening..so there is allot of flexibility). They also try their best to obtain approval from insurance companies. Many people don't realize that; while the Doctor may prescribe a certain amount of visits....Ultimately; its up the insurance company to approve the visits! I was so impressed with the service and treatment; I informed my Doctor and he is adding them to the official list of Physical Therapy Locations for future patients! Do not, I repeat, do not consider this center for your physical therapy needs. It is the worst outfit on the planet. Extremely rude, unaccommodating, unprofessional and under staffed, which has an extreme negative affect on quality customer care and your healing. I discussed these issues with our two healthcare providers and thankfully they will stop recommending patients for care. Certainly do not want others to go through the awful treatment we recently experienced. If you don't want to experience more mental pain and anguish than you're already feeling physically, stay away from here. In fact, one star is one too many. read more

Can't even give it a star!!! Mostly because of the bookkeepers end! Saw them, was told I met my deductible already for the year! 10 months later get a bill that I hadn't met my deductible, sent to collections with no bill to me or warning! Made payments on the bill, but still never received a statement. Called this December to find out how much more I owed, was told I had a credit of $50 and they would send it to me. Called today because I never received it and was told they had gone back over my account after 2 years and I still owe 150.00!!! Are you kidding me!!! Get it straight!!!
