Neither were helping, was recommended to seek a physical therapist. Made appointment for a Thursday. Went in to see Kiersten, she did an exam had me walk a little and then went to work. Did some stretching and performed dry needling. Given some homework stretches and sent on my way. I was able to walk out with much less pain. The following day was much improved to the point of I was able to return to work on Monday. After suffering for 2 weeks, I was finally able to resume normal life. In August 2020 I had major surgical repair to my shoulder after a fall and honestly I wasn't sure how full motion would ever be achieved.
