When you arrive they always greet you with a happy hello. And the back office staff does a great job with billing and insurance questions. I've never experienced any issues with insurance or appointment issues in the 2 years I've been a patient here. They do a great job of keeping things light and fun with their monthly giveaways for patients and voting contests for pumpkin and gingerbread house displays during the holidays. The owners are both active in the community. I've seen them out at local school events and taking photos at local school sporting events. They display their photography skills throughout the business. I've always thought it would be nice to see more of the staff or patients they've treated included in these photos. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He does an extraordinary job of listening to the patient to understand them better. He has compassion and also nudges you when you need that extra support. I appreciate that he starts by educating his patients and establishing the building blocks for treatment.

His legs were so swollen.legs were never propped. He was Septic. His catheter was disgusting and not changed even after we had asked them to change it ,and one female worker called him "stupid "which we did a report on. We do believe he was neglected, we asked to have him sent to the emergency room. This was on a Wednesday and he passed away Friday morning please people be aware take care of your family in this facility the hospital said he had pneumonia and that very morning the nurse at ignite checked his lungs and said he sounded just fine. Again, I'm not saying my dad was the healthiest person in the world. He wouldn't be there if he was, but I am definitely in shock that he went in there better than he came out now he's gone. I do believe that if we didn't push the fact that he needed to go to the ER, he would have died in there, but instead he died in the hospital these are just some of the pictures of him and we have so many more we are having this looked into

The new chiropractor is amazing he has been adjusting me monthly since my physical therapy. I had mentioned my jaw issues and he started working his magic. He told me they offered treatment and my pain went from a 8 to a 2 and I'm only a few weeks in. With insurance I'm paying $600 for twelve physical therapy and adjustments, I almost cried what a relief!!!! These people have changed my life. Andy is my physical therapist and his attention to detail has always helped me heal quicker throughout the years I've been working with him. I can't thank them enough for helping me heal. I thought I would have had hip and jaw surgery by now but they are helping me heal my muscles so I can strengthen the joints instead of replacing them. Thank you friends! I first started going here for hip pain. They did the X-rays and found I had a shallow acetebellum on my right hip and that was the cause of my pain and slight lean. They decided for physical therapy and chiropractor adjustments 3x a week for a month or two. It changed my life. They found specific exercises for all my weak muscles and by building them up I no longer had pain from my everyday work. Now I go back every 3-4 weeks for adjustments and I do physical therapy on my own at home now! They helped me so much. My new insurance doesn't cover them but I don't care I'll pay out of pocket for the adjustments I absolutely love the staff and doctors there. They're friendly, professional, and would correct my postures so I get the most out of my exercises to heal quicker. That was really cool, normal physical therapist play on their phone or computer and don't pay attention, but I remember one time Dr Chris corrected my clamshell posture and I had been doing it wrong. He paid attention to all my exercises and corrected my placement and holy cow I felt the burn then! Thanks for giving me a better life, friends.
