I had been to the only other one in town that was not clean, crowded, had a dismal atmosphere, terrible inexperienced so called therapist , and no privacy. A large number of depressed looking patients stuffed into one room all out in the open. I left the PTASC walking on air and have lined up a number appointments. Joshua M. Is the therapist I saw today that blows me away with how knowledgeable and tuned into my problems that he is! I will see Brian O. next time who does dry needle therapy ( similar to acupuncture) and have every faith that he is good or would not b a part of this staff. With chronic intense pain and complications I have been tossed around New Milford and Danbury seeking relief to no avail. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Best luck and hope you try them

I've never ever had a negative experience with this office and I've been a patient for over 20 years. Please do not let the negative reviews sway you. You will get the best doctors and care at NM Ortho.

My uncle's original facility was being closed down, we had less than 2 weeks to find a new place…read morethat would accommodate his needs as well as making a smooth transition. The admissions director for Village Crest went above and beyond makin the transition smooth, the actual move from one facility to his new one at Village Crest. Double kudos to both including Joe in the maintenance department who moved my uncle's personal items and furniture, even housekeeping and especially the nursing and support staff, ambassador have been absolutely incredible and indispensable. The receptionist always a happy voice and personable. The admission director and the administrator are my family's superhero. Not only did everyone go above and beyond for the move, they continue to maintain their level or excellence of care and compassion on a daily basis. Thanks to James, Felicia, Joe and all the nursing staff and support staff as well. Village Crest is the place.

The food was horrid and many a day I did not eat I ordered in fod from outside which was delayed in getting to me. I asked for help many a time and had to wait . I was put in a room with another patient who I should of not been near as I was supposed to avoid any kind of infection . I wound up in New Milford hospital with shoulder strain and Doctors in Er told them not to give me supplements or vitamins . I was finally let go 7 days later and have made great strides in my recovery . Had I stayed longer I may have been worse off or who knows . My rating is minus 6 stars

Jo Ann, Ron, Loretta & Anita were all wonderful, they provided great concern and care and were also nice to chat with. I have completed my therapy, but if I ever have a reason again to need it, I would 100% return to them and will recommend them to anyone I know needed Therapy!
