After five visits I was really discouraged that I wasn't receiving individualized attention concentrating on the issue, nor was I utilizing my time efficiently (I had to leave work early for each of these appointments.). After a recommendation to try SWELL, I decided to give-it-a-go for a more personalized PT experience. After my first visit I felt Anthony really listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to effectively address the problems I was having along with the goals I had for my overall fitness. Dr. Anthony takes his time to listen & understand you and then explains what's going on and comes up with a solution to fix it... He did some acupuncture and scraping on my tricep, which gave me immediate relief and increased mobility! I was back to my usual self in no time and could work out again, which is a part of my daily routine-- I wish I had gone to him sooner!! This is a poorly managed clinic. They don't explain things to the patient. They didn't explain…read moreanything to my wife, so we wasted our time coming to the doctor's appointment today. Nobody bothered to tell her to come in days earlier to get a blood test before the appointment. They also advertise that it's easy to use their Patient Portal, but it's been a nightmare for us. We created an account last week, but the doctor and Westside clinic don't appear in the Portal's list of clinics. My wife called the support number she was given, but they were giving her phone numbers for New York and running her around. Nobody helped her. It became too frustrating, so we gave up on the Patient Portal. After being brushed off today at the clinic, we finally had enough of their nonsense and decided to go elsewhere. These people need to start taking their business a lot more seriously, because this is totally unacceptable. The woman at the check-in today just sat there like an idiot, telling my wife to come back at the end of September. My wife fasted for the test. Why couldn't she get a blood test today? My wife first made an appointment in June to get tested for diabetes. She met with the new doctor in July (who did nothing but charge us for the visit), and my wife was told to come back in August, but no one explained about the blood test (which she thought she'd get today); and now were being brushed off again and told to wait until the end of September. Goodbye and good riddance!

What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Over the course of six months, I had the opportunity to work with the entire team, especially Rachel, Adam, and Mr. Louie. Their knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach helped me create a successful recovery plan for both my foot and hip. Our insurance company recommended LEGENDARY. I'm only giving "Legendary" 3?stars because of Emily & the front desk receptionists. I if it weren't for them, I'd only give 1 star. The receptionists at the front desk were welcoming, professional, & friendly. Emily, one of the Physical Therapist's was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was only able to work with her twice but she was attentive, empathetic, & made an attempt to get to know me as a whole. Something I can truly appreciate 100%. She NEVER left my side the entire time. My other 3 visits were with Doctor Louie. Upon my first and initial visit with him had me not wanting to go back as I had repeated myself with a response only for him to tell me, "I heard you the first time". My second visit, he walked away while I was in the middle of some exercises to talk to other clients, turn on a TV for them, get water, go to a break room to get a sandwich which he proceeded to eat in front of me. My finial visit, he introduced a new exercise and then walked away for at least 5 minutes if not more. My husband was waiting for me so I walked over to him and said, "let's go". I told him what happened and that I wanted to leave. We went to the front desk and explained what had happened. They said, "that it wasn't like him to just leave". They further asked if he said anything to me and no, he did not, he just left. No one knew where he went but insisted it must have been an urgent matter. I can understand that but still, he should have said something. Although, Dr. Louie apologized, he asked, "none of my coworkers had your back?" My response was, "no, you just left, no one knew where you went". I finished out my appointment with him but absolutely refused to go back and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. From the very beginning, I didn't feel any professionalism with Dr. Louie.

After my recent shoulder surgery, I was referred to Aaron at iPerformance and it has changed my whole perspective on PT. My elderly mother on a fixed income, who was recently widowed, went to this facility seeking help…read morewith some physical ailments. After one appointment and being in worse shape than she was initially, she decided she needed to cancel her second appointment. The appointment was for a Tuesday. She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.
