I chose Legendary out of convenience while my husband and I were wintering in Pensacola. Our domicile is in Ohio and I needed some Physical Therapy post neck surgery. Our insurance company recommended LEGENDARY. I'm only giving "Legendary" 3?stars because of Emily & the front desk receptionists. I if it weren't for them, I'd only give 1 star. The receptionists at the front desk were welcoming, professional, & friendly. Emily, one of the Physical Therapist's was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was only able to work with her twice but she was attentive, empathetic, & made an attempt to get to know me as a whole. Something I can truly appreciate 100%. She NEVER left my side the entire time. My other 3 visits were with Doctor Louie. Upon my first and initial visit with him had me not wanting to go back as I had repeated myself with a response only for him to tell me, "I heard you the first time". My second visit, he walked away while I was in the middle of some exercises to talk to other clients, turn on a TV for them, get water, go to a break room to get a sandwich which he proceeded to eat in front of me. My finial visit, he introduced a new exercise and then walked away for at least 5 minutes if not more. My husband was waiting for me so I walked over to him and said, "let's go". I told him what happened and that I wanted to leave. We went to the front desk and explained what had happened. They said, "that it wasn't like him to just leave". They further asked if he said anything to me and no, he did not, he just left. No one knew where he went but insisted it must have been an urgent matter. I can understand that but still, he should have said something. Although, Dr. Louie apologized, he asked, "none of my coworkers had your back?" My response was, "no, you just left, no one knew where you went". I finished out my appointment with him but absolutely refused to go back and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Dr. Louie Watkins III, DPT, COMT is a miracle worker. I had been dealing with vertigo for months and as I am elderly, I had become concerned about falling as well as driving. Having seen three doctors already, I had little hope, but two visits later my vertigo was completely gone. Dr. Watkins even called to see how I was doing. I suffered a head injury at work and was having terrible balance issues and vertigo. Louie worked with me and worked wonders! When I started, I could hardly stand on one foot but after just a few sessions I could feel my balance and agility coming back. After a few short months my falls and balance problems got much better. I thought that I was never going to have a normal life but Louie and his staff changed that. I still have some balance issues and still fall from time to time but it's nothing compared to before. I don't know why the other two only gave it four stars. this is the number one gym in Pensacola. great facilities, great staff, and great patrons. They have large rooms, so it is almost never crowded, and the owner, reggie, will even order members supplements with almost no Mark up. This gym has no equal for how cheap the membership is. Pretty great gym. On the larger side with several rooms to accommodate. There's a section devoted to your cardio (first room as you entire the facility) and there's a sprint section to the right (agility training/stretching area). Towards the back there are some light weights and machine assisted lifting. There are two rooms for classes, one dedicated to spinning and the other dedicated to whatever class may be available. There are a large number of classes available with varying levels of intensity. Classes are FREE with a silver membership, btw.. About 27 bucks a month. Finally, the creme de la creme. The weight room. Smells like lifting in there, no if/ands/buts about it. BUT they have everything you need. Several sets of free weights, as well as benches, and stations for squats and such. Biggest downside is that is requires a contract. There are NO month by month memberships. Also, there's a $100 cancellation fee if you have to stop your contract for health or moving. So that blows. Other than that, good deal. Plus, it's called " legendary." Doesn't get more Moto than that. read more

I really do not understand how there could be negative reviews about this facility. Of course it isn't perfect, but it has everything you need. The staff is very nice & accommodating, Sadly I am no longer in the area and could not renew my contract, but do not worry about hidden fees! there are not any. They tell you all of the prices and everything expected the moment you sign up. There are 2 additional fees on top of the cheap monthly fee. Recently went under new management. Please be aware of hidden contract fees. I wasn't aware of a balance being owed and they sent me to collections. I spoke with the old office manager Melissa back in July 2016 and after paying for 6month contract beginning in January 2016 I had two surgeries and I was out on medical leave. Melissa confirmed I wouldn't be responsible for any other fees. After receiving a notice from collections March 2017 I made the payment but still couldn't close the account. After being hung up on multiple times with legendary and treated terribly I decided to write this review. I don't believe in conducting business this way and I think everyone should beware. Some great gym equipment. Low key and good place for hardcore workout.

Love everything but the music. The dude's at the front desk love what I call "Rap Crap". This music is offensive to me.. it's racist, sexist, foul language and not for the majority of it's members. There are a lot of "Silver Sneaker" members and they agree with me. It looks like Reggie would select music that is for everyone to enjoy. The dude on Saturday's picks hard core rap music and has it extremely loud so he can hear it at the front desk. I ask for a different station most days, but it's of no use. read more

First impressions. I walked in a few days ago to just pick up a group fitness schedule and was not greeted by anyone. There was a girl hunched over a book or maybe her phone with earbuds in to the far left of the counter. Kind of an awkward location. Maybe she was an employee or just waiting for her Mom to pick her up. Either way it wasn't professional. When I asked if it was ok to take a schedule (I had to walk over to her; she didn't attempt to get up), she just took out her earbud and nodded her head. Really? I hope she was just waiting for her ride and not an employee, otherwise she needs to be trained how to deal professionally with the public. And if she was waiting for a ride, stay out of sight. read more
