My surgeon's office called and asked if I minded switching to St. Francis because he had another case that required that facility. Of course I said yes and I'm thrilled I did! SFSC was awesome! Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

These are the reasons why I am giving it 2 stars. I went there for probably around 6 months and often I felt like it was a waste of time. I would go there with a lot of pent up tension resulting from a car crash that would be triggered from every day work and play. I would leave with that same tension. Most of the time I wasn't appropriately adjusted. My neck and back rarely "cracked". I would leave without a single bone "cracking" and go home and use a chair to do it myself. It's not the same effect and I didn't like paying for basically nothing. They have therapy options and because I also have arthritis in my lower back that was super helpful. The only doctor who managed to "crack my back" was Dr. Clint. He ended up working at the Bartlett location when it opened. I don't know if he is still there or not. I stopped going in because I wasn't receiving any benefits. I'm sure it can be said that not all adjustments will make the "cracking noise" and I am sure that is true. If I leave an adjustment feeling the same as when I came in and can go home and crack my own back then to me that means I'm wasting my money.

This knee was dislocated last year so the Dr. Should have been aware of my history. I came in with blood pressure 158/91. I asked if it may be due to poor circulation in that knee but they told me to wait to hear from the Dr. First, he tried to tell me my dislocation happened to my right knee based off their reports. The reports were incorrect. It was my left. They only did an x-ray... that only gets the skeletal... not tissue, possible blood clots, etc. He doesn't see anything wrong he just felt it was inflammation. He recommended two things that will make my blood pressure highER. I asked him which is best because my BP was high already. He responded as if he didn't read any of my vitals before coming in. Needless to say, I'm in the ER . Great front desk. Not so sure about the Doctors. I hope they realize that you think you can have people constantly coming to you that invoice/income doing patch work... not me... if I'm not confident in your practice, I'm gone.

My first treatment included checking in, X-rays and my adjustment. I left with a smile on my face, and in 24 hours my pain was about a 5. Dr. Alan went over my X-rays and explained in great detail why I was hurting. He gave me a picture of my X-ray, and this last X-ray showed me my wonderful progress I had made from the adjustments. I'm almost pain free in a short time. I'm 4.5 miles to the clinic. I'm in and out in about 15-20 minutes. No waiting in the lobby and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this Clinic, and no you will never regret coming to Chiropractic Clinic on Winchester Rd in Memphis.

I would never go back there. I had to ask her to spray down the equipment ,after, seeing someone getting up. The lady was trying to put my husband on it without spraying. I had ask her. ( "are you going to spray down?? ) (She replied " I can" as if that was something she wouldn't do unless you asked. I had know where to sit. This is unprofessional .., I don't care what kind of construction you are up under. You close until it's right for the patient. I understand you want to make money . 1st impression is the last. I will never come back again. Will be calling the VA. They are the ones that will be paying that company. I ask the receptionist for a appointment card . She told me they don't have any????????? . Please evaluate the company before you make a final decision on whether you want to go back. I don't know the chiropractor and I don't want to make a judgment call on him.
