Vinny came out to look at the fireplace quickly and gave us a reasonable bid. He provided advice on tile design and products, particularly for the hearth. In addition, he offered to fix some small issues with the wood floor surrounding the hearth. The work was scheduled within a week and his employee Corey spent several full days on our project. Says there was a problem getting the shower quote and will be back to me. Several days later I go to the Slab supplier that gave me their name and asked for more contactors - they cried BS on the shower quote excuse and said they would call the contractor, but I got more names anyhow. I e-mailed owner again and expressed my concerns and said I was soliciting more bids. Guess what - no reply. Still no quote. After posting this review yesterday on another site, I received a 1 line quote with no details at a price clearly meant to say "well we quoted it." All in all, not professional approach to quoting.
