I can't say enough good things about this Wellness Center. After being introduced to their services by Stacie Drummond, I made an appointment at the Westwood office. Dr. Gina thoroughly talked with me about my concerns and recommended a regimen of stim, chiropractic adjustments and massage. We added acupuncture a few days later and I have never felt better. My range of motion has increased tremendously and i have more energy. Dr. Sin is the best with the acupuncture....and John and Jackie have magic hands on the massage tables. I have been going getting chiropractic adjustment for 12 years for maintenance of my neck and lower back. I had no herniated discs or any other serious injuries, but I found chiropractic adjustments helped prevent or reduce the severity of other issues, like a pulled back muscle or stiff neck. Once I moved into the area, I found Select Wellness and have been going there for over 2 years. Dr. Chris is the owner of the practice and offers 4 primary services that provide what I called a holistic approach to treating the neck/back/spine issues. I use 3 of the 4 services: chiropractic adjustment, message therapy (10-minute session), and electric stimulation. The short message therapy session is great, as it loosens the muscles around the bones that will be adjusted by the chiropractor. It makes my adjustments go easier. John (weekdays only), Jackie, Dagmada (once a month at this office), and Luis are the message therapists I have seen there, and they all do a great job. Specifically, John has some additional experience with some physical therapy (PT) techniques that he can use on you if you have especially tight muscles or suffered a recent injury. I have seen four of the chiropractors that work here: Doctors Phil (Saturdays only), Mara, Jereza, and Cesar. All are good at what they do, although they all have different adjustment techniques. You might have to see a few of them to settle on your preferred provider. Cesar is the most interesting as he has a registered nurse (RN) credential in addition to his chiropractic credential. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Susan and Kim are usually the ones at this office. Prices are very reasonable, and the practice will try to work with you to come up with a treatment schedule that fits your budget. Overall, this is a pleasant and well-structured practice. read more

Dr. Chris and his team are awesome! Make sure you see Jon the massage therapist, who is more like a physical therapist if you ask me. He's the best around. They always give me a 20-minute massage before my chiropractic adjustments and muscle stimulation afterwards. I don't pay a dime, since they take whatever insurance covers. I would definitely not recommend this place if you're coming out of surgery. The massages's that I knew of were really good,the acupuncturist are the best I've ever had or seen, The chiropractors there from what I heard are good as well but the physical therapists??? They should not be working on patients that are coming out of surgery. From May 2017 till January 2018 I was coming here for treatment especially for the light tissue massage that was needed for my Fusion disk surgery. My recovery was fantastic my healing was equally as good but then the physical therapist that was working on me ended up leaving this establishment in January/February of 2018 and a few days after that person left I had a minor small nugget on my back( nothing serious but needed some small minor attention to it) .I had somebody working on me and she did not know what she was doing because that person hurt me more than anything with the tissue massage ( I was holding my breath while she was doing it because it hurt that much- all that person kept on telling me to do was to breath but even that was hard during that monstrous session we had together). A day or two later I went back but not for physical therapy or any massaging, I went to one of the acupuncturist for there help, who even stated to me that it was extremely swollen where the tissue massage was done from the day before. After the session with the acupuncturist I never received a phone call from this establishment. They used to call me two to three times a week to see how I was doing & or to schedule new appointments. After that day with the acupuncturist, it all stopped... I was extremely shocked in the way they handled things and couldn't believe it because I grew a relationship with this establishment that lasted for nearly 8 months until they put me to the side( extremely unprofessional of them) . I've had this new issue on my back since February 2018 up until February 2019 and I'm still going for injections and bone graphs etc. when I never needed any of this before due to somebody... "T"... messing me up badly( The physical therapist that was working on me even told me before not to let this person do any tissue massaging to me because she's very aggressive with it in which I thought it was just a joking reference or what not- but no... it was said for a reason and now I'm paying for it) this place's head physical therapists doesn't know what there doing because if they did,I wouldn't be here in taking the time to comment on them & to warn other potential individuals who are coming out of surgery to think twice about coming here.Im putting this one star comment post is because a couple weeks ago I went for an injection and im not feeling any better from it. I'm very angry and upset that I'm still doing things for my back when I shouldn't have to thanks to this places head physical therapist. They're not in the business of taking care of people,there in the business in taking care of themselves. read more

The best place! I have upper back issues, and it gets tight and knotted frequently. Dr. Brianna takes her time to assess your problems, and is always careful with her alignments. The massage therapists here are wonderful, and it definitely feels different and more therapeutic than a storefront massage. I recently started acupuncture there as well, and really enjoy it. read more
