I have decided to not name the doctors involved in my complaint as I understand that they are…read moretime-poor and under pressure, however I don't believe that is an excuse for what happened. I took my baby girl to doctor #1 on the 19th as she had a thick yellow substance coming out of her left ear. Doctor #1 stated that the ear drum was perforated and that it was small and in a 'safe place'. Today I took her back to find out if grommets would be a good idea as this wasn't her first infection. We saw doctor #2 who haphazardly looked at her ears, stated that a perforation would take 6 weeks to heal and there was no perforation. I asked doctor #2 to check the records as only 4 days earlier doctor #1 stated there was one. The records stated her ear was red, no mention of a perforated ear drum. I went to reception and asked if I could see doctor #1 to double check (you can see how from my perspective either doctor #2 is incompetent and cannot see the perforation or doctor #1 lied about the fact that there was one). When I spoke to doctor #1 their response was that it was so minor that it wasn't worth recording. It was explained to me that they do not record every little detail as they don't have enough time between patients and would only record this information if the perforation was large. Any medical record is a legal document, doctor #2 had no idea that my daughter had a perforated ear drum 4 days ago because it wasn't recorded. Being given the explanation of it only gets recorded if its a big deal is not sufficient, doesn't matter how time-poor you are. I will definitely not be going back to this clinic due to this.

The centre has a large carpark and if you call in and want the next available doctor, the wait isn't long. She was so empathetic, experienced, and wonderful in every appointment of my wife's high-risk pregnancy, which she enjoyed this time and was working till 2 weeks before delivery. Dr.Khan picked up issues encountered quickly, tacked them, and delivered us a healthy young baby this Feb. She is God sent to deliver our firstborn 's well awaited sibling after 6 years. We both believe she is impeccable in whatever she does and even her staff Jeya and Meredith are so awesome,polite, passionate and lovely. We thank her from the bottom of our heart and yes, Dr. Khan, you are the best obstetrician in SAN and Norwest and possibly Sydney. You even saved us heaps by recommending us the swaddle program. Now, for those folks with negative reviews who say they feel rushed with Dr. Khan, go to your GP for questions, not a specialist obstetrician. Specialists are busy, and they are human, too. Don't judge a book by its cover in the first appointment, You are at a loss. Our 2 year journey is evidence and had almost 50% success initially, but with Dr. Khan's passion and knowledge, we have a baby in our hands, making it 100%! A little while ago I was ill and have to have some tests and x-rays. My doctor sent me to a new…read moreplace that had opened. I went to PRP thinking they were like every other place. How wrong I was. The service was great, the staff very efficient and I walked straight in at the time of my appointment and they were ready for me. I didn't have to wait and when I was finished they said that my doctor would have my results in about two hours. My doctor is located above one of the biggest x-ray and radiology places in the Hills area but you don't get service like this. The staff are dismissive and no matter when your appointment is - even first thing in the morning, you have to wait, often up to an hour. It seems PRP have managed to get the system just right so next time have to have x-rays or a CAT scan,I know where I'll be heading.
