I do appreciate the business is there, and when I called on a Friday, the woman I spoke with was very polite. I appreciate and wish more people would consider what they throw in the garbage, the fact they accepted our old, outdated shedding artificial Christmas tree was satisfying. Since it was it was my first time there I wasn't sure what part of the property to go to. I saw a garage door open on the west side of the building so I stopped at the stop sign then pulled in. A man came up and told me I need to pull back out. I said I will...... then I proceeded to ask him where the cans go. Then a big man with a beard come up and started rudely chastising me for pulling inside (an honest mistake on my part). He then asked what I need. After all that chastising I told him I needed nothing. He then told me I shouldn't be upset because I was the one that did something wrong. I started pulling out and he mentioned a price of 60 cents a pound. I don't care if it's 60 dollars a pound. I WILL NOT be talked to like that and I will never be back. I will take my cans elsewhere. Great customer service Cimco!
