So, decided to pay 6 mos in advance so he wouldn't have to be bothered to phone/mail me. WELL. I pray he retired. Realized I was a month late, so phoned, surprised a womans voice. Left 3 messages. NO return call. Received a letter stating late fees/would lock me out!!! Whoa. She finally returned my next call stating she had phone trouble???? Hmmm heard her message??? Why not leave alternate #???? Bunch of hooey. She got nasty. I removed all. Also for what its worth, later learned the same thing happened to a friend of mine. Wish I knew how to find the owner. I would notify that person. Horrible.

The staff went out of their way to help us pack and ship several large ceramic pots that my father-in-law had made. We also had a large canvas he had painted (50" x 40" x 5") that they helped us pack and ship. Our rental car wasn't big enough to bring the painting to the shop so the staff picked it up in their personal vehicle from the house and brought it to their store for us.
