We were re-directed to the Youngstown location and thanks to the back and forth between locations, it took from 11:00 Wednesday to around 2:00pm on Thursday to actually get the truck we needed. Your system sucks in a nutshell!! Misinformation, non-working U Haul consoles at the store, rude and unapologetic staff at the PC store! Youngstown location was great. They are the only ones who went above and beyond to help us. If you look back on my history, you should see the many phone calls and issues we encountered. I will personally NEVER use UHaul again or recommend you to anyone I know. Now I know why I have used Penske in the past. They are the best. My mistake. Won't happen again!!

I was not able to get in touch with anyone about this so I had to make multiple trips to get a few boxes out of my unit since I was by myself. Also there is no trash area anywhere if you wanted to throw anything away. I feel that with the amount I spend per month we should able to throw away stuff somewhere.
