Smelled like mold and half of the washers and dryers did not work... not friendly and very unhelpful

I recently took an expensive sweater (which had some hand beading on it) to the cleaners and I was informed beforehand that there was a possibility I may lose some of the beads when it went through the process but they would take much care with it. I was so pleased with the way it turned out, (it doesn't appear to have lost one bead) and they did a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine company. I really hate to have to post this because they seem like really nice people but I can't afford to take any more clothes there . I took in two brand new shirts, after the first wear. When I picked them up, they both had the exact type of discoloration, what looked like a dirty iron/press was used. I took them back and they said they would try and get the stains out. When they couldn't, they basically told me to bad. Said there was no way it was their fault. I asked if they would do anything to correct it and she says they already tried. I asked, so you stained my shirts, and can't get the stain out, and that's all you're willing to do? She said yes, so I said just donate them then because they aren't usable. Ruined shirts and very rude as well as unprofessional. Have not ever had such an experience anywhere before.

Ruined several of my shirts, spilled something on the back of my white coat and had to buy an new one, but worst of all I brought this to their attention and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and told me that she didn't do it, despite me calling the day after I picked it up. I have given them 4 tries and the man who works there is extremely likeable but my 3 interactions with the woman have ruined this place for me. read more

Super folks own and operate this cleaners. After the hurricane, I was without a cleaners in Panama City. I came here and have been using them since. No issues, friendly, and timely. My clothes are done correctly and on time. Cash and checks only, so keep this in mind when you pick up. Plus not open on Saturday's. read more

Good service. Open on Saturday. They only take checks or cash. They have a sign in the window that says they do shoe repairs.

i took them 3 stuff ; a baby dress and 2 jackets, they told me it will be ready in 2 days and will coast $40 , I thought that's way too much but i said ok and went to pick the stuff up after 2 weeks because i keep going in the weekend while they are closed, the lady who works there and i guess she's the owner is very rude , she went inside and got a belt and told me we lost the buckle of this belt , i told her ok try to find it she said no it's not my responsibility, if you want you can go inside and find it yourself, i told her then you gonna give me a discount because the jacket without the belt is nothing!! She said no i will not it's not my responsibility can't you see this and she pointed at a paper on the wall , i told her no one told me to look at it when i dropped the stuff!! Then she said you'll have to wait for the jackets to be pressed !! While i came 2 weeks late!! So i left and sent my husband after another 2 weeks , he came back without the buckle and the baby dress is completely ruined, it's taffeta and I'm sure she washed it with water not dry wash .. make yourself a favour and never go there, ruin your own stuff at home for free or drive a little further to the beach read more

would give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. One of the things I look for in a small business is customer service. My husband dropped off several brand new Ralph Lauren Polo shirts to be pressed. The owner counted and observed all shirts that were dropped off. Went to pick them up and 2 were missing. Owners asked to give them a couple more weeks to find them. Went today (after 3 weeks of waiting) and they only found one. I asked to give me money for the shirt they lost and they denied me my money and told me they would give me credit for future services. I do not want a credit, I just want my money for the shirt they lost. Without a receipt of the shirt I bought, they are not doing anything to accommodate, even after they verbalized that it is missing or "misplaced". All I asked was to make it right and they refuse. So without a receipt to show I bought the shirt, we are out $80. I'm not one to complain but I feel like this needed to be noted about this small town business. read more
