I reached out to her thanking her and inquired about her product. She gave me a long drawn out story about how it's not a good investment. I thanked her and went on with my day. Needless to say, I was still satisfied with my outcome. Well the next day I find out that she used our private conversation as a platform to bad mouth me on Facebook. She screenshot our private messages and posted me in her Facebook group with unprofessional and classless comments. Now I'm not an expert at owning a business, but I would say that it's quite important to uplift those that are customers and could potentially bring business your way. I would not recommend her to anyone. Use someone else with more class!

There was one major issue though, the lady that came to the wedding was rude to my wife, the bride of the wedding. I also heard reports from multiple other people that she was rude. We saw Phancy Photo Booth at another wedding and had no problems then. It could have been a one time incident. Edit( March 2018): I had a three star review but dropped it to one star due to the fact that they contacted my mother-in-law to complain about my three star review instead of contacting myself or my wife. Very unprofessional. Edit 2(Oct 14, 2019): she reached out after almost two years asking for a review. I instantly got flashbacks to our terrible experience with Phancy Photo Booth. I think we are finally we are at the point where we can laugh about how bad it was. Edit 3(October 15, 2019): Cathy is sending me emails in the middle of the night trying to start drama in my family or something saying that she overheard my wife and I's families talking bad about us. I recently did a boudoir photo shoot with my sister and two close friends with Candy. I cannot say…read moreenough amazing things about the entire experience. I had been wanting to do a pinup-themed shoot for some time, but had talked myself out of it for several silly reasons. I wasn't comfortable with how my body looked, or my skin, or I wanted to lose a little weight first... And my friends shared the same sentiment. We all had conversations with Candy about our concerns, and she not only understood, but assured us that she could guide poses and positions to hide or accentuate anything we wanted. We decided to take advantage of one of her marathon shoots, so we could all go together and support each other. Candy takes every detail into consideration, from having mimosas and snacks, to door prizes, our favorite music playing in the background, and an idea of what we wanted our shoot to center around. She asked questions periodically up to the day of the shoot, so she knew our personalities, our favorite (and not so favorite) attributes of our bodies, and even our hobbies so she could suggest props or themes. She really blew us away with her attention to detail and her interest in the outfits or props we were choosing. She made me feel like we were close friends, which eased the slight anxiety I had. The location was relaxing and absolutely beautiful, and there were several options and rooms for different looks. I walked away from the experience feeling more connected to my friends, but more importantly, I walked away feeling sexy and attractive in a way that I can't describe. I felt empowered and beautiful and I feel that Candy captured all these emotions perfectly. She made feel comfortable in front of the camera, she was continually encouraging me, and she made me feel like a supermodel. The four of us decided on the way home that we will book another shoot with her again soon. I even ordered a calendar the day of the shoot at a discounted price, because I know I will want a keepsake of the experience. Aside from having stunning pictures of myself to look back on forever, I have the memory of an amazing girls' day out with a group of women who inspire me in different ways every day. Whether you're doing a boudoir shoot for your spouse or partner (or for yourself, like me!), or any of the other amazing options she offers (family, senior, engagement, etc) You'll never want to use another photographer. The decor, the friendliness of the staff, the price point, and everything else was the same. Even though things are the same, I do like that they have updated their photos/backgrounds to a more modern look. They also took my daughter out back to snap a few shots (that option wasn't available when I had mine taken). The process of setting up your photoshoot is pretty easy. I called in, selected my date and time, then received an email/text to confirm. The staff is really friendly. They made us feel comfortable the entire time. We did not feel rushed at all. I don't even know where to begin about how much I love @loonphotography. This little firecracker…read moremakes my life so easy when she is covering my events or when I want shots of myself (yeah, I can be vain - so what?). And as anyone who has spent a millisecond in front of the camera knows, the personality of the photographer makes or breaks how a shoot is going to go. You need someone who is sweet and fun and bring out your personality so she can capture your personality on film - and she does that by putting you right to ease. She's one of those people who you fall in love with after talking to for 2 seconds because you feel like you've known her your whole life. Some of my absolutely favorite shots have been taken by her and I'm so glad I did a boudoir shoot with her as a lil time capsule of my body before I hit 30. She does everything! I can't believe how talented she is and her rates are perfection. Super reasonable and she is soooo much better than other photographers that are charging way more.
