With so many fun background designs that are spacious enough for four people and large props, it's perfect for large groups. There are plenty of SELFIE options too if you want to take some solo pics! We were provided with complimentary ring lights, and using the lights totally changed the quality of our pictures. As one of my friends said, "lighting is everything!" Selfie WRLD was a lot more fun than I expected, especially for a non-selfie taking person like myself. Once you are there, you can't help but to walk around and scoop out the best photo ops. The setup is fairly straightforward. They provide a selfie stand with a clicker, and you connect to your phone via bluetooth. You are free to roam around as much as you please. I was there for a semi-private event, so it was not too crowded and you can get your shots in with little waiting. I can't say how it's like during busy times. For most people they would linger to take multiple shots before moving on to the next station. I can see Selfie WRLD as a repeat visit from time to time, but that depends on how often they rotate the booths and backdrops. It seems they try to have specific booths depending on the time of the year. You can easily spend an hour there, but two or more would seem to be a bit much for some folks. read more

This place is an absolute blast. I took my almost 14-year-old and a friend, but ended up jumping in and taking some photos of myself as well. They have great music playing, and the overall vibe is really lighthearted and fun. You can buy tickets in advance or walk in. We opted to book our time slot in advance and were there at 2pm on a Sunday. There were only a few other groups there at the same time as us, which made me feel more comfortable about not having a mask on for photos. Upon check in, you get a ring light with a phone holder and a quick demo on how to use it. There's also an optional bluetooth remote you can use if you want to get everyone in the photo at once. Each "scene" is in it's own little cubicle of sorts, and you just walk around to the ones you like. There were probably 30 different scenes, and I believe they change them up regularly to make them seasonal and provide different options for repeat visits. There are changing rooms available in case you really want to go all out with wardrobe changes, and they have a party space in back for private events. I would definitely recommend coming here before a girls' night out or for teenagers and their friends ... but really anyone can have a great time here! read more

This place has popped up as part of a new trend sweeping the country. I will admit, at first I was skeptical. However, it was spring break and I was looking for something cool to do with my little, and decided to give this a go. I purchased my tickets on-line for when they opened that day, at 3PM. They have a large parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is in. FYI, it is in the Big Lots mall. First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I like that a solo person can still enjoy the place because a lighted tripod and bluetooth camera remote is included with admission. That was really cool because my little and I we able to get pictures together. The place itself is very clean and has about 25 or so settings that you can take pictures in. My little really enjoyed the place, which means that I really enjoyed it. She had a lot of fun. At one point she wanted to take pictures of me in the settings. I was like oh well, what the heck. Let's do it. The place does a great job metering patrons through ticket sales (or at least while I was there). They also have a party room onsite, with a few settings that are exclusive to the room. they also have changing rooms and a few props that you can check out. If you have your own props, feel free to bring them. We spend about 45 minutes here and took about 150 photos. Here are a few suggestions to make your trip better. First, get there early. Second, make sure that your phone/camera is fully charged. Next, bring your own tripod/Bluetooth shutter if you have one. And lastly, Get your tickets early. This place is awesome, even if you are not an Instagraming, Tick Tocking tween. I never thought in a million years that I would have some pictures from a selfie museum, but here I am. This was a fun experience! We took our granddaughter for her birthday. We had a reservation, and everything went smoothly when we arrived. We used our phone and took all our own pictures but, you could purchase to have someone take pictures for you. For $25 you can access to two dozen backdrops that change with the seasons, a ring light tripod with a Bluetooth clicker to capture the photos. Me & my friends (upper 20s early 30s) spent an hour and a half acting goofy & making memories! We got there about noon & there were quite a bit of teenagers, pre-teens & kiddos, but over the next hour, they left & more adults came. It's neat to see how people of all ages & groups of all sizes enjoy this simple but fun concept. You can purchase tickets online or simply walk in. I had the most fun at Selfie WRLD this past weekend! It is the cutest space for some AWESOME pictures. They have different themed rooms lined up for people to hop into and take pictures! I went on a Sunday night for one hour (you can choose between 1 or 2 hours online) and it was perfect. They give you your own ring light to walk around with and it is adjustable to hold most phone sizes. They also give you this magical button that you connect to your Bluetooth to take pictures, so you could 100% come on your own and still get awesome pictures. read more

This place is so much fun! I went right after it opened with some friends and we had a blast. At first I felt awkward taking pics of myself thinking someone is watching me. Overall a great time! Being that it's fairly new, there are definitely kinks that need worked out. Brought my two daughters, (being a special guest as part of an Elite Yelp event received two complimentary admits) thus had to buy a ticket for the second daughter. Choices are 1 hour or 2 hour increments. I bought the 2 hour in anticipation of it being a Saturday night and likely very busy. I should have purchased the 1 hour time period since they really weren't checking who was there and for how long. The place was also a lot smaller than I expected, but surprisingly still had good flow considering the amount of people there. Extremely disappointed they didn't have enough charged batteries for the ring lights. Definitely needed the lighting for some of the displays, thus not having enough chargers "charged" was a nuisance. Overall really fun and I would come back, but I would do it on a weekday and avoid the weekend crowds to be sure you've got that ring light! Grateful I didn't have to pay for all three of us, otherwise it would have been a complete bust not having the charged batteries for the lights. Went to selfie Wrld museum on a Sunday afternoon with my friend and I will say it was not crowded. I had paid for 2 hours due to me not knowing how long it would take. I love how you can pick an hour or 2 hours which I feel if it is crowded or you have a big group you defiantly need 2 hours. You can get through the museum within an hour I feel like. They had beautiful sets which overall I liked them. I love how they give you a stand for your phone and you can rent a clicker by leaving your id until you're done or buy one for $5. You can have an event at the museum. The prices are reasonable. Some of the sets turn out better without you using the stand but having someone take the pictures for you. We had found this out later once we were almost done. Overall loved the selfie Wrld museum. read more

I really enjoyed this venue. It is a wonderful space to create content, shoot professional pictures, and even take a date for a fun time, or have a meet up with friends. This would actually also be a great space for a team building event for companies as well. Frecks was amazing as a host and her sidekick (I forgot his name), but he too was awesome! I went here with my best friends as a fun trip to take some cool selfies. It was awesome, the bang for your buck! You borrow a free ring light tripod and clicker so everyone gets to be in the picture! The booths were bright and colorful, and very creative! The "vibe" was great with music playing to keep everyone happy. The booths were very interactive, they had swings, chairs, fake drinks, and even a ball pit themed for Christmas! Unfortunately with all the great, this place had a few downsides. Personally I would never buy a pass longer than an hour. I believe there was a total of about 30 photo spots. In 1 hour you should be able to go to all of them in that time. I know the name of this place is selfie world but, there wasn't much to do. My friends and I got them all done in like 45 minutes so then we were just waiting for our friends mom to bring us home. Another thing I found interesting was that halfway through our time, I got a notification from a safety app stating a person at the Walmart next door brought out a knife. I hate to say this was a terrible part of town but it wasn't exactly the William sanoma of city's. I went to Selfie WRLD to have professional pictures taken of my two teen daughters. We were there on a Wednesday, which was nice because we were the only customers. Many of the displays were not maintained and falling apart. The over head lights were not conducive to professional photography! I thought it was ridiculous they charged $40 for me and the photographer in addition to the $50 admission for my girls. Definitely wasn't worth $90, even if they call it an "art exhibit." We came here after work to unwind and ended up having SO MUCH FUN. I recommend coming in cute clothes to take photos, I didn't unfortunately (they even have changing rooms where you can take multiple outfits). They have a TON of different selfie rooms, I think 32 in total. They are all different and have such cute photo opps. My favorite are the ones that are interactive. (I.e. the swings, ball pit, trampoline, etc.) these made it so fun and easy to enjoy the experience!! The provide you with a tripod that has a bright ring light on the top, as well as a Bluetooth clicker so you don't need anyone to take the photos for you.
