It was a little over 9 miles and 3 hours of fun riding through downtown. Nathan, our guide for the day, was very knowledge. After living in the Indy for years, it is amazing the things that you tend to overlook on a daily basis and history of the state that can easily forget/not know. The pace of the tour wasn't fast and very relaxed. There were many stops along the way so it didn't seem like the the ride was that long at all. This coming from a person who hasn't ridden a bike in close to a decade. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a something fun and active to do in downtown Indy.

Too hot, too cold, too busy... It's NOT the animal's "responsibility" to make an appearance or keep us entertained. C'mon now!! We went for a quick-ish visit Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful weather, surprisingly light attendance, and we honestly saw less than half of the animals we were "supposed" to see. What we did see was beautiful gardens, well-marked paths, and lots of OPPORTUNITIES to see animals!! Beautiful place, TONS to do AND see... Truly something for everyone, young and old!! Easy parking, reasonable prices, GREAT info... What's not to love?!?

The zoo is a very wide variety of animals from elephants to penguins to lions as well as a cheetah and warthog! They also have a rhino, monkeys and all types of birds. Each exhibit has plenty of viewing area and description placards. My favorite the ocean and plains area. The penguins and rhinos were so awesome to see close up. Overall I'd recommend the zoo to any Indian resident or visitor . They also have plenty of food and drink options including wine and beer.

Weather was perfect, crew was helpful, as were other boaters. We had a good time and enjoyed the day. The boat was in good condition. It lacked horsepower, but that is probably a good thing for amateur boaters. A water safety class was required before rental. Be mindful of the capacity limits posted on the boat.

We met at monument circle and unfortunately it was very loud (a band playing that you could hear all over the circle and motorcycles enjoying the weather). Our guide did the best he could to talk over. I can't wait to research some of the stories. We ended our tour at Slippery Noodle with a small surprise and the best stories. The bar offered free cover for attendees so we took advantage. I'd recommend the tour, but I recommend reading the site so you know what to expect.

He gave us an overview as to what we should expect on this tour. Please be aware that most of the tour will be outdoors, so dress appropriately. Unfortunately it was mighty chilly on my tour and we all froze. Regardless of the weather, the tour was very informative. Loved the background stories. At each location we heard about the activities that go on to this day, as well as the tragedy that happened at the location, which may have led to the hauntings. The tour ended at St. Joseph's, where we were able to warm up a bit. And what better way to end the tour than with a stop in a former church turned brewery with it's own haunts.
