But imagine every one of our 200+ guests receiving blurry printouts. Ouch! Embarrassing. Please do not use Instapics PhotoBooth for anything. My wife and I have been getting the runaround from Instapics for months now - a sad tale of ping pong with no results. They refuse to give us a refund and no longer return our phone calls or emails. So we are taking this matter to court so that we can get a full refund. All the photobooth pictures on their website are stock photos - not actual photos from Instapics. I cannot speak to how Karin does business at her other companies (Cinderella4aday, Sinfully Sweet, or JJ's Rockin Cupcakes) but with us and Instapics PhotoBooth, she lacked integrity and the decency to own up to a poor performance. Mistakes happen in business every single day, but what happened AFTER her mistake is a reflection of her character, lack of business acumen, and poor customer service. Instapics Photobooth required us to pay for their services well in advance of our wedding day. Wedding Day Story... Our wedding day was AMAZING. I was thrilled with the excellence in service provided by the Woodbury Country Club. Instapics PhotoBooth is in no way shape or form connected to the WCC. Throughout the wedding reception, we saw a constant line in the corner of the room at the photobooth. When it was all over, my wife and I never received anything (scrapbook, DVD, etc). But quite frankly, we weren't thinking about it as we whisked off to our honeymoon. After calling Instapics Photobooth for about 4 weeks, they said its in the mail. The DVD never came so I had to keep calling and emailing. I finally received a DVD in the mail (no handwriting on the DVD, no label, no anything.) And there was no scrap book. When I popped in the DVD... my heart dropped. My wife and sitting @computer looking @every single picture - each one was blurry. And there were no videos on the DVD. NONE. So every video message of well greetings and just general zaniness that our 200+ wedding guests recorded in the photobooth - GONE. Long story short - I called repeatedly Karin and her crew over the course of 4+ weeks and they kept saying they could fix it. Just give them time. That was over 5 weeks ago. They never acknowledged that there were no videos and they never commented on the fact that there was no scrapbook. It now makes sense why the photobooth operator (Eddie) at our wedding reception never made his way over to us to deliver anything. All we are asking for now is a full refund from Karin Hlywiak. And because she now no longer communicates with us, we have to pursue our refund in court. We gave Karin multiple opportunities to resolve this matter privately over the past 90 days. It was never our intent to go public to disseminate this information, let alone take this matter to court. Our feelings over the last 3 months of disappointment have degenerated into disrespect. Enough is enough. Karin and the team at Instapics Photobooth will have their day in court.

We needed to coordinate their load-in with the ceremony and service since everything was in the same location, so they were flexible with their timing and set up without disruption. Kariym got back to us immediately on these and other questions. The booth was humming all night. Kariym and Will were an amazing team -- Kariym was the outgoing, public face of the operation, but Will did something remarkable, which is that when people took photos but left their copies of the strips by the booth, he would find them during the party to make sure they got the photos! It really stood out to me as a mark of EXCEPTIONAL service and dedication. I'm so so glad we found Snap Bros -- we wound up with exactly what we wanted, which was physical copies of all of the photos, PLUS a digital archive / zip file in case anything happens to the originals.
