The staff did an initial skin consultation and were respectful when we declined to upgrade the service. I brought my fiance in to redeem a microneedling treatment Groupon. He has never had any facial treatments at all so he was very nervous. Tina helped apply the numbing cream beforehand so it was not too painful for him. Mireille helped him relax by explaining everything and we all discussed food spots in the area. Her friendly demeanor definitely helped create a calming environment. Although she recommended 3-6 sessions, I do think I see a minor improvement after this first one. Mireille gave us advice on follow up care and we purchased a face mask ($12) before we left. There is a $50 appointment deposit but it is refundable if you cancel early enough or you can use it to pay for your service, buy products, or leave a tip. As other reviews mention, there is free parking near the location but the spots are limited and unlike others I did have to circle around the block before a spot freed up. I had monthly meetings with Bianca and I would pick up the monthly dosage the following day. She's very knowledgeable and started me off at the lowest dosage of 2.5mg and continued to the second month since I was still losing weight. The food noise started at the end of month two so she increased the dosage to 3.0mg. Before I started going here, I had already loss 12lbs and this place helped me lose the next 10lbs but at a healthier rate. I was losing an average of 1.2lbs a week here versus 2.5lbs at the previous place. They also have the body scan that you do when you pick up the dosage. This was helpful to see all aspects of your body rather than just weight loss alone. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Bianca provided.
