He was sited by the state and his business license was revoked. I'm not sure how he got his business license back and I'm going to have to look into it. He also has a small claims court judgment against him for the money he still owes me. Whatever you do, do not give this bum any money up front for materials or anything else. The only reason he got one star was that I this system would not allow me to leave a rating without giving at least one star.
