For over a year, they helped us evaluate homes and neighborhoods, giving us great insight into local resources (mortgage, title attorneys, landscapers, etc.) and scouting properties when they came on the market. Like most people today, we had a good sense of the inventory of homes that met our criteria for size, location, and cost. Trevor and Ashby went beyond the call of duty, when a recently renovated home on an acre in the Belle Isle neighborhood of Georgetown, came on the market on a Friday in late November 2019. They were quick to go to the house the next day, shoot videos of the interior and drone footage of the property. Based on the description and photos we know this house checked all the boxes for what we wanted. We were able to get our pre-qualification letter from our lender to them Monday morning, put an offer in at noon, and it was accepted at 3pm. We knew there were several other families looking at this great home, and Trevor and Ashby made the case for our offer. We closed on the house before Christmas, and moved (goodbye Omaha winters) the first week of February.
