The contractor they recommended (Will Wood Masonry) was horrible. He wanted more money midway thru the job and just stopped work without telling us why. He gave us a worst case scenario for septic and we had to pay more. Owl didn't back us up on anything with the contractor. They had a hard time answering any questions about the house and always had to call someone else to ask them as "they never heard" of whatever issue we were having at the time. As a woman I felt like they didn't listen to me or answer my questions until my husband called or asked the question for me. We asked about door size and were told they were 36" standard for both. They weren't. One was 32". We ordered a specific shingle, but then when they asked what color, we were not told it wasn't in the shingle type we wanted so they just went by the color. They acted like we purchased houses every day and we should know more than them about the house. Overall horrible experience, both with them and the contractor. Don't use Owl or Will Wood out of Campbell.
