Since January of 2026 I have reached out to them 8 times asking for them to take the lights down. It is now the end of June 2026 and I finally gave up! I climbed up on the roof and took my own lights down. In January of this year I foolishly prepaid $2402 to have the lights installed for the 2026 holiday season. Chris sold me on doing that with the sales pitch it will place me first in line to have them installed this year. Due to the lousy service I will not be using them this year. I have requested a refund 4 times with no response. I would recommend anyone considering them to NOT do business with them. You will be setting yourself up for disappointment and frustration.

Now I get another call, "your loveseat is damaged beyond repair so we will have to make another one and it will be 6 to 8 weeks" "we can give you $150 off for the inconvenience". I will never purchase anything from Raymour & Flanigan again and I will tell anyone I possibly can to do the same. We spend 2500 on this couch. It was our first nice piece of furniture we were getting as a new family and they have made this a horrible experience.
