I went in for an appointment on 02/04/20, and was covered by my insurance.They said that they just had to take X-rays and see what I needed.They then told me to come back on the 6th to do my mold for a crown.(I only had to pay $225 for this day).I went in on the 6th and was told that I had to have my tenth shaved down.I trusted them so I just let them do their job.After they got done shaving my teeth they (without letting me know) shaved my gums.They shaved my gums almost to the roof of my mouth.again,I trusted them.My gums were irritated, but it wasn't supposed to be shaved too high .They took a mold of my teeth so that they could order the crown.After the mold a temporary tooth was made.I was having so much sharp pains and was just give a prescription of 6 pills to take when they shaved my gums.the temporary crown was pushed to high which caused it to sensitive, and I wasn't able to eat on that side of my mouth due to the pain.If I am to even touch the teeth lightly it hurts.I went and got the prescription filled, and was told that I would receive a call back once the crown is in.On the 18th I got a call telling me to go in the next day and that the crown was there.I went in the next day, and again they shaved my gums.I was told that the crown didn't even fit. So they made another temporary crown which was pushed ever higher than the last one, and received a 6 pill prescription this time as well.I was then told that I would have to wait and they they Will would put in a rush order for the replacement crown.today, 02/26/20 I received a call stating that I would have to pay $800 for the crown(they said I wasn't insured).I had already paid $225 and called back to inquire about that.I was told that that would go into something.I was insured the days of the exam because I checked before I even went in.I will never pay them $800 for a crown when they shaved my gums high,placed the crown too high and only gave me 6pills.This has been a horrible experience for me, and I still can't eat on one side of my mouth. read more

Daniel has Huntington and had a previous bad experience at the dentist. He was self conscious about going back. unfortunately, the pain in his mouth got worse and he said I'm not eating because it hurts. I knew from past experience the dentist for him was Dr. William Alford. He's courteous, kind and don't belittle his patients for their misfortune. Daniel was able to get an appointment the very next day and the staff did not disappoint. He was treated with professionalism and respect, tender and compassionate. just what Daniel needed to boost his ego. The biggest compliment came when we got in the car. I asked him, how it go kiddo he said, "they were great and they don't want me to pay anything." Insurance. Thanks to the Senatobia Dental staff that went above and beyond to care for my nephew Daniel.
