He had to have a root canal, and a cap put on his tooth because Germantown Dental never caught his cavity when it was small. He almost lost his tooth, and we had to pay several hundred dollars to have it fixed. It is upsetting that Germantown Dental missed this diagnosis. I would never, ever trust their Dentists again.

I refused to listen, because I believed that's just the way it was. I asked the front desk repeatedly if I was in network. They repeatedly assured me I was. November 2023 got a call from them regarding a past due balance from July of 2022. Had been in twice since that visit, nothing had been said on either visit regarding that balance. That made no sense, but I accepted it. Final visit January 2024. Paid co-pay+, received another ridiculous bill a month later. Questioned them again if I was in network. That call I was finally told that, in fact I was out of network. When I questioned that response, they relayed to me that they had told me that I was out of network in the past. It's not really about the money. I just began to question the integrity, communication and service from this provider.

As someone who suffers from dental-work anxiety, I was looking for a provider that could provide sedation dentistry while ensuring quality dental work. The high focus on the quality of aesthetics was an added bonus. The staff is the friendliest I've ever dealt with. Jana is my hygienist and is a sheer goddess. Dr. Trotter is patient, highly competent and 100% focused on patient satisfaction. The prices are above average for the area but dental work isn't a place I'm willing to sacrifice quality for cost. The facilities are very well maintained, each dental chair is in a separate room for added privacy - not to mention every room is a room with a view! I'll continue the drive to enjoy exceptional service and craftsmanship.

The waiting area is small, but we are usually the only ones in there, so it is never crowded, which tells me they do not overbook. That's a rare thing, anymore. The hygienist is incredibly gentle but thorough. I have very tender gums, and even though I make it a point to get regular cleanings (every 6 months, on the dot), I usually hate going because the hygienist tears up my mouth. Not here. I leave with my gums in tact, and my pearly whites sparking. And even though I am terrible at flossing, she never makes me feel guilty about it. I appreciate that, as I have been scolded in the past (totally unprofessional and embarrassing!) Dr. Hayes is a great guy. Very friendly and trustworthy, without an ounce of arrogance. My daughter had her braces off recently, and revealed two small cavities. He was quick to point them out on the scans, and got us in within two days to take care of them. His prices were very fair, and he did not try to "find" more issues. Yes- I have had that happen before... But not here. If you're new to the area, or just looking for a new dentist, try this place. Dr. Fuson said that he teeth looked good, very good to see spacing for the new teeth that will come later. Overall a great exam I was happy to hear that there a no dental concerns. I am not happy with this because out of $6000, my son should have a case. I shared my concerns with the Receptionist Supervisor and she told me she would credit $2.50 to my son's account. Too cute! My son is 16 years old. Beware, If your child has all their teeth, you will not receive a retainer case. You will be instructed to shop around for a case. Due to the fact that they received $6000, I believe this should be PDGO's responsibility. She also offered me to pick up a small case that doesn't fix, which could damage the retainer. Thanks for nothing! It's time for my second son to get braces, and I will not use Pediatric Dental Group & Orthodontics!

They have recently renovated the office, which is in an adorable house on the corner of Highland and Walnut Grove - amazing! (And don't worry about parking, they have a huge lot next door.) The office is very comfortable and I've never dreaded coming here. They definitely beat the scary dentist stereotypes with their friendly staff - especially the hygienists. My dentist Andy although from Mississippi is both a New England Patriots fan and a HUGE Red Sox fan who attends games at Fenway!! Now if that wasn't enough to make him awesome he's actually a big fan of Veterans and he's really excellent at being a dentist but even more than that he's a considerate person who explains everything in layman terms with analogies and actually listens to his parents. I say that makes him one of the truly good ones, and my wife has been his patient for some time now and she's a big fan and her dental health has never been better. I got some extensive exams and workups done but unfortunately, it was not completed before moving. Here's the coolest thing, my new cool dentist is the bomb and believe it or not he is also a HUGE new England Patriots fan, what are the odds? :-) Bottom line: This is a pleasant and efficient dental office with a nice and professional staff.
